My one complaint about this Jimmy John's is that I always tip when I order a sub. I NEVER once got a 'Thank You' from anyone. These ingrates need to be appreciative/ better trained.

People don't review places when they actually have good service and food, only when its bad. I got a simple sub but everything was good. Bread was fresh and lots of turkey and tasted good too. People need to hear when they do well too.

As a team we order game day subs weekly.
Sometimes they are super fresh, but the next it's like day old.. very inconsistent..but the staff is super friendly
But get rid of the delivery fee already!
