We hired Karen to make our wedding cakes (regular wedding cake plus a half-sheet) this past July. As opposed to a number of other bakers we looked at, she was easy to work with and didn't try to up-sell us, charge for a cake tasting or get pretentious. The cakes she made for us were beautiful and elegant and tasted great. I'm pretty sure a good number of our guests had more than one piece. Her prices were more than fair. She delivered the cakes and assembled them...
The cake looked great. The cake tasted great, and the Cake Lady delivered it as promised on time!! This was a pleasant experience, that I will gladly have again.
