This is a family owned thing and they have three of them in the stare. The main one is in Osseo. This is a nice clean bright family restaurant specializing in Norwegian dishes. They also have burgers and sandwiches and everything is pretty darn good. They are known for their pie and baking. This is a MUST STOP when you're visiting the DeForest Public Library from afar. I had the most delicious Potato Pancakes (think hash browns... But it a giant flat shape). My picky eater son ate his entire chocolate chip pancake! My daughter devoured the scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast.

Fun little diner with a Nordic feel. The food was well prepared & plentiful. We must have been there on a busy day, as service was slow. But we weren't in a hurry. Good place. We'll come back again.
