Ordered online in November and went to pick it up. Got home, completely wrong order. Spoke with an Alyssa at the store, claimed she took down my name and said she’d make it right next time I came in. Came in today, claim it was too long ago and couldn’t help me out. I plan to call the GM. 0 stars. Don’t recommend. Just get my order right and make me whole. That’s all I’m asking.
I asked for no ketchup on my burger, this is covered in it. I’ll go to McDonald’s if I want a screwed up burger, they’ll do it for a fraction of the cost. Embarrassing.

The place is clean, immaculate floors and walls, with staff who greet everyone and work as a team. The food is delicious, excellent and consistently good, with huge portions of fries and burgers. Cajun seasoning on the fries is offered, and the fries are huge and generous. Burger buns weren’t even crushed, and a cheeseburger is actually a double while a single burger you do have to order a little cheeseburger. Service is impeccable with attention to detail, offered drinks while waiting and asking about bag preference. The atmosphere is inviting and the crew tonight killed it, was a bonus.
