The service was good and friendly but, the food has gone down in quality. For 3 southwest egg rolls you pay $13! You used to get more for the same price.

Bad just bad. Was my bi-weekly meeting place to bring our local customers but this location has really gone down hill quickly. From the frozen to microwaved Chicken Fahitas and the stale 3 day old chips and tiny side plates. All our food sucked because it clearly wasnt fresh and prices are now over regional norms. Either they got new management or new franchisee but I and my guests WILL NOT be coming back here.

We stopped at chili's in delavan Friday 11/8/24 between 6:30 to 7:00 pm. The restaurant did not seem to be overly busy because of all the empty tables we observed. We were told by the hostess that she had to check with the manager if she could seat us and said she could not seat us for atleast 5 minutes because the kitchen was behind. Is all we wanted is to get seated at 1 of the empty tables so we could have a drink while we wait tell they could take a food order. They said no the manager would not allow that so we left and will not go back. We went to Clock tower pizza and supported a local small business.
This is the most local Chili's for me. I think they do a good job of serving you in a timely manner. If he’s working, try to get Blake as your server. He’s the man with the awesome beard! He’ll treat ya right.

Would give zero stars …geana was our waitress, we waited for over an hour to have our food order taken …no other employees in sight to ask for her to come, she passed our table tons of times, never acknowledged us after taking our drink order …multiple tables got their food after being sat after us …ended up paying for our drinks on the kiosk and leaving …
