I had a to go order. I was charged for the bacon on the burger. No bacon was on it. I was charged an extra dollar for each salad. I did not get 2 salads. Our burgers were supposed to be pink. All three burgers were overcooked. We ordered a 12 piece bone in wings. Half of them had no sauce whatsoever. This is in regards to check: 980132. We will not be back or recommend your business to anyone.

Why are people so harsh about a chain? You want predictable? You want a familiar menu? A chain delivers, and this Chilis's does, too.The Casamigos Margarita is on point, and the crunchy chicken tenders that were Nashville Hot hit the spot. The house salad was workmanlike but fresh and even the Mexican corn that came with the appetizer plate was pretty good for winter corn. My husband described the ribs and macaroni and cheese as pretty good.Service at the bar wasn't especially quick but it wasn't slow either. Parking was easy, and this was on-and-off the interstate. Taking it easy. Be chill, friends.

1st time back here in a couple years. Not going back!! Chicken crispers were NOT crispy. Tasted like heated in microwave. Nachos were bland. Service not good. I understand places being shorthanded but thats when every employee needs to step up. Waitress put are food down and disappeared. Didnt ask us how we were doing. My wife and I were literally the only 2 people in dining room. The staff were also dressed like janitors, not very clean, hair not combed, very scruffy. No uniforms. Looked like they had been cleaning bathrooms before serving. We should have walked out. I had to look for are server to get check. We could of easily walked out. Save your time and $$$ DO NOT go to this chilis!

It's hit or miss here. Food is good, or okay. Nothing really outstanding. And when you get to go orders they always pack it very poorly. Service is always good. Atmosphere is a Chilis. The president Margaritas though , delicious!

The fajita trio was 7/10. They give you a lot of chips and salsa before your food comes.We didnt know that every game on the little table on the table was 2.99 and my nephew was playing it alot...but our server was kind enough to remove it off our bill.
