Kinda crummy to be dismissed when you ask for a drink ahead of time before your food arrives. Whomever is working the drive-thru tonight is a major drama queen and definitely needs to focus his negativity on being professional, kind, respectful, and empathetic when issues arise. Craig Culver sure would be disappointed in the quality of service.

The place is good. The staff are always nice but the burger didn't quite taste right in terms of seasoning. Plus the lemon ice cooler i got didn't have a spoon but was too thick to drink with a straw. So I had to ask.

shout out to Delavan Culver's drive-thru tonight! they had my two fish fries ready by the time I got to the window. no sitting on the other side and waiting after paying!!! Way to go!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a cod value basket with an orange soda and mentioned I had a coupon for a free medium curds. When the girl said $ 12.75 I was baffled and went up to the window and asked again on the price . I payed the $12.75 and waited in line , as I got home I found I only got a cod sandwich, med. curds and my drink . Where’s the fry’s ? I went back and said that a cod sandwich, curds and drink Should not add up to $12.75 cod $$7.69 + $2.90 drink and fry’s add to $10.59. What a Rip off ! Also the kid delivering food outside throws all the window # ,s on the ground by the door . Amazing to watch him littering like that . Diane W

Stop to get a Sunday today literally got four bites of ice cream and it was gone for almost five bucks I'm sure it was the person who made it they need to retrain their workers. ordered the exact same thing in Burlington wi and and got a whole lot more ice cream I will probably never go back to this location its good they hire disabled people but they need to watch and train them right .
