I went to Dairy Queen about a month ago and was honestly surprised. It was the first time in a while that I had been inside the store. My food came out quickly, but my chicken tenders were barely coated with sauce. It felt like the workers didn't even try to add sauce to them. This was just one experience; in the past, the food has been great. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Love the food and treats here. We always stop here when visiting Lake Geneva, and although it's a little pricey, it's worth it. Burgers or chicken strips, you can't go wrong.

I have to say that we just had the worst service from this Dairy Queen today. I called them 9 minutes after they opened this morning. This was supposed to be a simple happy birthday with our son's name on it in red writing with a red border. They asked us what time we like to pick it up but we asked for noon. My fiance ended up getting to the store shortly after 12:00, where the people working proceeded to tell him that they did not have an order for this cake. This is when my fiance ended up messaging me and letting me know what had happened. I immediately called The Dairy Queen where they told me that they could have a cake ready in 5 minutes for him and that we would get a discount for the mix up. After the cake was made the person working tried not to show my fiance what the cake look like we prior to purchasing the cake and proceeded to give us a discount for the candle for the cake. I have to say with them saying that there was going to be a discount I figured it would be a little bit more than just a $2 candle. And I know what a lot of people would think well maybe they were busy and they forgot or anything along those lines but when my fiance was in there he was the only customer in the whole Dairy Queen I am quite disappointed in their customer service and I will never be purchasing another custom cake from this establishment again.

I got a Oreo shake, and it was awesome, and the crew members were extremely hard-working and dedicated towards their work and especially jack . their speed of service was appreciated. Heaven for ice cream and food. gonna come every day.

We only have Dairy Queen Treat locations by me. Finding one along the route we're traveling that offered cheeseburgers was fortunate. It's not quite what I remember. The building itself was how I remembered including the one stall outdated bathroom. Everything was really good and everyone was friendly even if they were a bit short-staffed. The cheeseburger I had definitely didn't remind me of being Fresh Off The Grill but I don't think anybody does it like that anymore. The price was decent and I would definitely go there again if I'm in the area.
