I’d go negative stars if I could. We’ve spent 14 minutes in the drive thru so far, and exactly 1 car has moved. There is never an excuse for service this poor. The owner of this one should lose his franchise partnership.

I had two guys on the intercom answering me at the drive-thru which was interesting. I Verify my order on the screen and they still screwed it up. Asking them for a credit back on the extra item they gave me was like requesting them to complete my tax filing. The breakfast sandwich which I should have checked before I pulled away from the window was from 4 hours ago. What happened to this place? Geneva location is a bit better.

I bought 2 bags pumpkin spice coffee and it is disgusting I will be boycotting dunkin for good not to mention the coffee is always nasty cloudy I'll stick to walmarts pumpkin spice 10 times better can't wait till you are out of delavan for good

The young lady was slower than molasses. Waited 7 minutes for two cold s'mores coffees and a donut. I won't be returning here. I always go to Dunkins and they fill my order likity split. Ain't got no time for the foolishness.
