I went with my nieces and the food tasted like it's all cooked in one pan, so the hash browns didn't even taste like hash browns and when we asked for new ones it was the same thing. Also I asked for a lot of sugar in my coffee and didn't get it . Overall bad experience and don't think I would recommend.

This place is a joke, took 10 minutes to take my order and another 10 for a burnt bagel. Went back to get a refund and there wasn’t even a manager there, was told “sorry the person who can do that is in the back doing something” absolutely insane they allow this place to be ran like this. Never left a review in my life but this was very worthy

I have never had a correct order and the coffee always taste like garbage. I was so excited to have a Dunkin close to me in Delavan. Unfortunately, the hot coffee is always cold, it’s the wrong order or taste like absolute garbage. My wife and I joke every time I say… I’ll give them one more chance and end up throwing the nasty coffee away and going to Starbucks. I’d rather drink Dunkin it’s just Delavan Dunkin is the absolute worst.

I ordered two coffees.Both tasted burnt. One was suppose to be a Carmel craze but it was a mocha instead. Also was suppose to have oatmilk but it didn't. I have a dairy allergy so that was fun. I watched her make the coffees while sitting in the drive thru both were made exactly the same. Also a 20 minute wait for two coffees. No need for that. Just keep drive ahead. There is a Starbucks up road. Contacting corporate for a refund on the coffees.

I thought by ordering on the go they would have it ready.I go in and my coffee was never made the lady there was just so rude. I always been big fan of Dunkin but after today I will no longer buy from this location!!

Used to be good, but now the drinks are just syrup or just milk, no in between. Food is always cold. And the manager in the early morning is rude and always stressed. Obviously grossly understaffed, but if you can't handle 3 orders in 20 minutes with just two people, you shouldn't be open.

Is there just one person working the entire store in Delavan, WI? I've been in line 20 minutes and am still not at the window. It was a solid 5 minutes waiting at the order kiosk to to place an order. Once finished: I order 3 donuts, they get the order wrong AND one donut was so hard even my dog had trouble eating it. I could add video of the donut banging on a counter but only pics are an option.
