The food has always been good until last week when we ordered a pastrami sandwich. The meat was very fatty and so chewy that it had to be taken off the sandwich because it was not edible. All of the other sandwiches we've ever ordered from there have been great, just don't waste money on the pastrami.

I was just blown away with the customer service. The GM Logan goes crazy on the grill. Not only was he chopping up my pastrami hot sub on the grill. He sliced my Jersey Shore sub at the same time while having great conversation. This guy is a true sub master. Will definitely be back. This guy deserves a raise.

Have ate here the day they opened and 2 more times since, I feel the roast beef was one of the best roast beef ever (and I don't realy care for cold roast beef asked it be toasted but wasn't but had me hooked) the first try and the second try was 1/2 the meat of when they opened thier doors, however thier hot steak and mushroom sub is yet full of meat. Idk yet for the cost, I don't understand the low amount of meat on other subs but the steak one and it's not cheap, 3rd time I had a hard time finding the roast beef under the bun, have changed up subs and I'm not yet sold here for the price, lots of competition here in Delavan for less cost, sorry how I feel...it was good but the meat is less and less

This location is fantastic. Came by for the first time and it was great. Not only was the staff super friendly but so is the management team. I can’t really tell who runs the store or the shift as all of them carry themselves very well.I actually came to write a review solely based on witnessing a team member accommodate a woman in a wheel chair. The line was quite long yet this girl came out and took their order as she wouldn’t fit in the line. It was awesome to see. Very attentive staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: They try to take your order as soon as you walk through the door before you try to squeeze yourself in the line.

We tried Jersey Mikes for the very first time tonight and it was SO GOOD! We got the chipotle philly cheesesteak and the chicken bacon ranch, both subs were delicious! The bread was super soft and there was PLENTY of meat on the sandwiches! The staff was extremely friendly and the service was quick. It was a great first experience, we will definitely be back.
