Stopped here to get family dinner, My child has a severe food allergy so we asked Hunter the manager who was serving us to change his gloves, he complied but had quite the reaction changing his gloves. He then proceeded to cross contaminate severely, and when I told him what he was doing he contaminated the whole meat and cheese section ,when he threw the ham and cheese all into the ham bucket. As contaminating anybody with a milk allergy.
I then stated I would like a refund he ignored me I stated it two more times he ignored me and said I'm not leaving until I get a refund he then said you got it and I said well can I get a copy of a receipt or some sort and he said you got it he did not give me anything and he said it'll be on your card as of now I do not have a refund.
I asked you the manager was It happened to be this gentleman his name was Hunter.
As I was walking out he said something so I peeked my head back in and he stated that I was trespassing.
And then walked away I would highly recommend nobody go to this location until management cleans this place up.
Hunter will need additional client servicing training as well as allergy training before somebody gets severely injured or hurt.

This might be my favorite JJ in South WI. Came in at about 5:45pm on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but they still got all the food out fast and it was all correct. Employees were very positive and helpful. While I was eating I couldn’t help but notice a woman sitting towards the back of the restaurant who was very grumpy and kept asking for the General Managers phone number. One employee brought her food to her and another came over and asked how he could help her but she refused stating she needed the General Manager’s information with a displeasing tone of voice. I thought she was quite rude to be totally honest, it’s just a sandwich shop it cannot be that serious. Props to the employees for being calm and trying to help! It is peak dinner time on a Saturday, they are doing amazing. It’s the full moon, all the unusual folks are out today! Keep up the great work this is an awesome place to eat!

I want to make a suggestion for the Delavan store. I stopped in to grab lunch on my way back to work. I had ordered a #10-Easy mayo, little lettuce, NO tomato, add pickles. (My suggestion) The cashier really needs to listen better to the customer as to what they ask for. What I got was #10 pickle, tomato, no lettuce.

I órdenes 2 sándwiches for pick up before 12 noon today. Got to the store and was told they were backed up. Got our fountain drink and chips and sat down. Finished our chips and drink and was waiting for more than 20 minutes and still no sándwiches. Went to the counter but could get no ones attention. Saw sándwiches put off to the side which I had noticed had been there for a long time. My wife finally got someone’s attention and those were our sándwiches. Mine was so full of mayonaise that every bite slopprd down my shirt and was one of the worst sándwiches I have ever gotten from Jimmy Johns. We have ordered 100s of sándwiches from JJs but this may be my last. Poor customer service and a seeming lack of concern. The guy in front of us who was waiting in the store before we came in was walking out with his order as we were pulling out 40 minutes later. Freaky slow!

I ordered online and picked up the sub to bring home, by the time I got home I opened the sub and they gave me something that wasn’t even close to what I ordered, they were about to close by the time I opened my “sub” at home which was just lettuce and tomato with some random sauce, no bread no meat, nothing. I couldn’t make it there in time before they closed and I didn’t even get refunded the money for the sub I didn’t even get.

The service I received from the cashier was extremely disappointing—he was rude and unprofessional. On a positive note, the person who made my sandwich was polite, and the sandwich itself tasted okay. However, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. I saw employees throwing balled-up sandwich wrappers on the floor, and their work station was a complete mess. It was honestly gross. The only area that appeared clean was the dish pit, which stood out in contrast to the rest of the space.

Ordered a combo w turkey and ham. Asked if I could just go all turkey. They said no problem when I received a sandwich there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. The lettuce was already turning brown and I had to ask for napkins won’t be coming back. This is the second time I’ve been to a Jimmy John’s and it’s just not my kind of place. They need to put more meat on the sandwiches

I ordered the night before for 12 pc box and 4 chips and did not request any mustard or mayo packets.And when I got to my inlaw house I open the bag thinking the 4 bag of chips were in there and it was full of mayo,mustard. I went to check my order receipts and I was charge the 4 chips but they were not given to me . Subs were good but not happy that my order was not complete.

If you are allergic to bread, cheese, ice burg lettuce (the chemicals used to keep it fresh and no matter what they say its sprayed in the fields) DO NOT EAT HERE! Out of two unwiches (not sure or care if that's how its spelled) they were polar opposites missing most of the toppings and added shit I didn't ask for! If you don't want something and say what you do want don't add things! Seriously its not rocket science. The one paying gets what they want not what you think they want. And to boot were missing a sandwich that was most likely wrong because out of 5 one was missing 3 were messed up and the only one without food allergies doesn't even know what comes on it to say if its messed up! Listen once and push buttons correctly. Maybe you have to make the system even more idiot proof?
Food was good, however I placed my order last night at 18:18 ended up calling the store at 18:50 because there was no updates to the order online nor did I receive the delivery. A gentleman answered the phone and said that he was walking out the door with my order. I finally got my delivery at 19:07 which is absolutely insane, I could have driven there and been back with my food well within that time frame, its a 5 minute drive to my house from the restaurant. Do better or at least communicate to the customer that there is a delay.
How do you forget the ham and the cheese on a ham and cheese sandwich? Here's another question: why do I have to go online and fill out forms to complain about this? Your staff should be trained not just on sandwich making, but customer service as well...which would include complaints. This is why I will continue to go to Jersey Mike's...they know what they're doing. The few times I've ordered from Jimmy Johns, my orders have been messed up.
