Normally the service here at the Jimmy John's in delavan is excellent. Today December 7th 2024 not so much. Seem like the staff was too busy yacking about their personal life when I got my sandwich with my vehicle went around the corner to park and have my lunch The sandwich would look like it was thrown together by a couple 2-year-olds half ass half hazardly cut in half and just looked like absolute trash normally I don't like leaving a bad review but this is ridiculous. Spend $10 on a sandwich that I don't think is worth a dollar I was going to go back and say something but I'm like oh heck with it it's not worth it. But hopefully somebody in the management team sees this and does something about it.

Ordered a veggie unwich tonight, as I've done many times at this location. However, this time it was missing cheese and guacamole. It was only tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and a lot of mayo for $6.79. Plus the service was unfriendly and the staff seemed disinterested with having to work. I'm giving them two stars because they at least got my husband's order right.

This place is never fast, and you’re lucky if you get it delivered within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, good luck ordering lunch. Will go elsewhere.

Place is certainly not freaky fast. Ordered online, at 12:01pm, went to pick up at 12:35pm… got a message saying the order was ready at 12:15pm. When I got here, order wasn’t even made. Management needs to figure that out.

I ordered a little john from here and I said no onions and extra tomato they ended up putting onions on my sandwich and no extra tomato I was disappointed but I still ate it. But for all they know I could have been Allergic to onions but thankfully I'm not.
