I've been to this location several times and have never gotten my food in less than 15 minutes from ordering. I frequent McDonald's in various locations and this is by far the worst I've ever been to. The Wendy's across the street is much friendlier much faster and you actually get good value for the money that you pay. I don't know who the manager is of this store but whoever it is definitely should be replaced.

We ordered a happy meal and 2 orange Juice, the orange juice is water mix with a little bit of orange juice. Disappointed. Be aware you will get water instead of juice and get charged more for it.

Terrible customer service. Ordered online and pulled into curbside spot to wait. 20 min later I called and then they brought it out. I could have went through the drive thru 4-5 times and would have but I had already checked in and I didn't want to miss my order. Person on phone says sorry, is anything else Should have comped the order or did something to make up for the wait. Awful.
Tried the mobile preorder app,Works great and beats the drive through for fast in and out.

They don't care about servicing anything but the drive thru. They constantly mess the food up, let customers stand in the lobby for 10+ minutes waiting to even have their order taken. Carsides take forever, they have argued with me over my order after the app deleted it, even though I had shown them the reciept. All around poor management.
