Delavan, WI Location - I placed an order on 2/6 and something was left off my order. I called immediately and they not only made it right the next day by giving me an entirely new order, they added a free dessert and Tracy the manager is great. Also, if you haven't stopped in there yet, their food is great.

Food and service are always great whether I'm ordering in, to go, or delivery! I absolutely love the Wisconsin Mac and cheese.
Food was fantastic and worth the price. I loved how customizable the dishes were and you can sub out veggies. This was the first meal my kids finished in ages. Inside is very clean and food was ready at the promised time.
Good food and service. I wish that the chain would go back to using nice bowls instead of single-use plastic.Vegetarian options: Meat is an add-on for most of the dishes, and tofu is an option if you want to add protein.

The meals are just "okay", and in my opinion overpriced. They don't cut the cilantro, so you just get a big "stick" of it. Overall an "eh" out of 10
