The lack of stability here is crazy. I drive all the way home from picking up my order to find I have the wrong food. When I call to tell them the mistake the lady continues to tell me that she was there and that we have the right food. As you can see I have the bag with my food order/name on it, but someone else’s food in the bag. Admit you made a mistake, don’t blame me for your mismanagement. When I said I wanted a refund she said okay with attitude and instantly hung up. When I called back and asked how exactly I’m getting my refund, she explains to me the process and says they are in the middle of dinner rush. Very unprofessional, very rude, I will not be coming to this location again.

Wow these employees love to skimp out on portions. Ordered the new croque croissant toast and got the thinnest slices of bread to the point where I could see the contents of the sandwich THRU the top of the bread on both slices. I asked for the gruyere spread on the side and got about 2 teaspoons worth of it in the damn cup. Tomato soup was good tho but nothing can compensate for the ultra levels of skimpyness the workers contain in their soul 😔😔

Yummy food at a moderately high price and very nice employees

Well, I gave Panera a chance again, but sadly it failed. The quality and quantity of the food is poor for the price. ½ a sandwich and a pathetically small cup of soup with drinks for 2 people at $29 is ridiculous. The Rustic Potato soup was thin with very few potatoes and bacon and came in a paper cup. The Turkey Bravo sandwich is not what it used to be. The bread is thinner and it used to be filled thickly with turkey, bacon and toppings. My daughter and grandson weren't offered a ½ price pastry when they ordered their food and ended up paying full price for pastries afterwards. My grandson had soup in a bread bowl which was ½ full. My daughter ended up going back to order him a regular bowl of soup for almost $9. Panera is a rip-off. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone. My Panera days are over.

Cinnamon roll pastries where very hard, dry, and the icing was not cut with water enough, heaped on. Very gross do not recommend anything from this bakery. I used to bake for panera and this locations Baker is awful.

Best bread ever.

Liars and thieves. Long story short, they have no record of a gift card my mom purchased, lamed. She should have gotten a confirmation email which we did not, and Panera breads own support. Can't find anything.

Good thing our credit card company is able to see the transaction and was able to reverse the charge.

Go to Starbucks or Great harvest bread company instead. They are not crooks and thieves like Panera.

I really love their bagels. Buy them often, but now the choices are limited. And you don't get any cream cheese, but the food is still good. They have a nice menu.

My husband and I visit this Panera every other weekend. It seems that every time we visit, there is no coffee ready. There is no Light Roast coffee, then we go to dark roast…empty. This seems to be a continuous problem. Hard to believe that the managers can’t have someone checking the coffee every half hour. Another issue are bagels. Never seem to have enough of Asiago, cinnamon crunch, or even plain bagels. Maybe they should see how busy Lake Lawn Lodge is on weekends (weddings, meeting, outings) so they can figure out how many bagels they should plan for to have on hand. It’s getting ridiculous! Maybe they should think about getting new management. I don’t know what the answer is, but we can’t be the only ones telling the ladies up front, “there’s no more coffee!”.

Panera corporate makes it impossible to contact them these days so I'm leaving a review. The quality of food at Panera is just awful now. The baked goods are not the same, the chips are different and the prices have sky rocketed. The people working here prepared the food the way they should have but it's just not worth eating anymore. What a shame.

Hannah, Felisha, & the other staff were so friendly & helpful!

It’s such a breath of fresh air to find that in customer service, especially food service!

Definitely recommend this location!
