The host at the register was attentive and knowledgeable about the questions I asked.The food was good but not outstanding.I went for the pick 2 and added a drink.First was the "Bacon Mac and Cheese. The Mac and cheese was hot, but the bacon was big chunks. They still were kinda clumped together on top of the Mac and cheese not mixed into it. The bacon seemed like an add-on idea.The second item was the "Spicy Buffalo Chicken Melt." was good and had a good amount of chicken in the melt. I would buy this again.Sad to see no pizza melt / sub or pizza on the menu anymore.The drink was the unsweetened tea near the soda, and it tastes good as always.What needs major attention:The men's bathroom needs some care, from the rust to the dried stuff on the walls in the stall.Parking: If your coming from the strip malls nearby becareful of the big pot holes in their lots.The Panera Bread lot is ok.

The bagel special is the biggest scam ever! They are out of them at 8:00 am ! Seriously?! I came to this location various times on Tuesday, first around noon for lunch and wanted to grab bagels for my kids,that's how I found out about Tuesday bagel special and of course because of it they were out at noon,ok,understandable. Few weeks later I went strictly to get bagels at 9:15,and guess what...yes,out of bagels due to special...I think it's a classic bait and switch, they advertise this great special but in reality they don't have any bagels to sell at these give away prices!I gave them last chance last Tuesday and went at 8,you guessed it,out of bagels due to special! Shame!

The four cheese and spinach artichoke souffle's are yummy!!
The sandwich i got was so small there was hardly any meat on it. Definitely paid way to much for it. The only good thing was the soup. It took 30 minutes to get my food.

My wife and I went to Panera in Delavan last week. We had problems with fruit flies landing on our food. I went into the men's room and it smelled like an out house. Sewer flies were in here. The urinal had not seen a toilet brush for many days. The urinal bowl mat has not been removed to clean the bowl. It has what looked like alge growing. I told the "team Lead what I wrote here. He hat too know! The other thing the entrance inside the restaurant had torn up paper and candy wrapper. The team lead should have gotten a dust pan and broom to clean up the mess but just leaned on register. I was going to go on line to leave a message but no comments section on website or register tape. Goes to show you they don't care. I wonder what the kitchen looks like?

I have ordered the charged lemonades alot. Knowing fully the amazing caffeine content. Lately since people are ruining it by not reading the labels. The drink is being attacked. Ive gone to two different locations. [ delavan wi /& janesville wi]. I order the same drink. Normally the service is allowed to be done my self. So I mix 2 flavors with no ice. Mango yuzu and blood orange is a great combo. As of the posted date both locations are filling the order with a ream member. With that the quality has lowered. I pay for the sip club and eat at both locations alot. I understand the various ways the drinks are prepared. But every drink i get is now watered down. Something needs to change . The quality should not go down, because the few who have misunderstood what caffeine is .Please fix the drink back to its amazing taste and quality.
Kaely is terrific! When she sees me coming, she has 2 mugs for us at the register. If not busy, she takes our coffee & food to the table. I've needed 2 canes to get around lately. Today I just had a hip replacement. After a couple weeks of home therapy, we look forward to seeing her again. Kaely goes above & beyond to welcome her customers, & we appreciate it. Everyone on staff is friendly, but Kaely is special to us.Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the building is very easy with canes, walkers & wheelchairs. There are several handicapped parking spaces with room for a ramp.A handicapped stall is in the womens' restroom - I haven't been in the mens' ; )
