Rosewood Theatre was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful space, the atmosphere, and the care that goes into every detail. Our wedding day ran seamlessly, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team behind the scenes.
A huge thank-you to Gretch and Autumn, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. Their organization, communication, and genuine kindness made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. They anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them, and their support made such a difference throughout the day.
Our guests were amazed by the venue, and we truly couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate our wedding. Rosewood Theatre, along with Gretch and Autumn, helped create a day we’ll never forget. We are so grateful and would recommend this venue wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run, and unforgettable wedding experience.
My daughter’s wedding was beautiful! With all the details taken care of . Everyone at the venue was a amazing including the kitchen staff
Food was amazing ! Raves for the “ pasta “ station
Always a few “ hiccups “ but nothing this venue could not handle .
If you have a party or wedding coming up ! This is the place . Thank you to everyone that made my daughter’s wedding a day to remember . I can’t imagine you all will forget it too 😂
Love to all and blessings for all
So happy to be present for the debut of the Sweet Inspiration album. You and Mark were awesome. I loved the stories that you shared. I must say I was impressed by Mark's song and to think he was 15 when he wrote it. It was a touching moment to see what an emotional impact the song has on him. Thanks for a very heartfelt evening of music. It may have been a long time coming, but it was worth the wait.
My son’s wedding was last weekend. Autumn is an amazing coordinator! She was professional and kind . The set up and food was great
All around good experience
We recently had our wedding at Rosewood. Autumn was phenomenal. Attentive, accommodating, reassuring, and extremely reliable. Gretch and Mark are sweet, kind and compassionate. Our music Playlist was not played, so not much activity on the dance floor, but our guests absolutely loved the venue and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio all evening. Thank you for making our day stress free and for providing top notch service. Missy was OVER the top accommodating and also very attentive!! We will highly recommend Rosewood to anyone needing their vision of a perfect day becoming a reality!! -Jennifer & Joseph Falash 💓
beautiful facility but RUN the other way. owners tell you its all inclusive but it isn't
. We booked at rosewood with the main persuasion being the one-stop-shop, but then found out after months of attempting to contact the florist that they no longer offer floral. We booked a wedding coordinator (that we payed extra for) and then had her stand up us at our first meeting, after months of trying to get in contact with her. We then requested compensation for our first wedding coordinator since she sucked and didn’t hear anything from Gretchen the owner. But don’t worry they’ll make sure to get all the money they can out of you. We also never heard anything from owners or management on the floral situation and after delaying booking this for months, due to their poor communication, we went with someone else, taking away the main feature we loved: the one stop shop. They advertise that they treat you like family, but they must not be very nice to their family, because rehearsal dinner night and wedding day the staff were extremely rude. The only positive thing I have to say about this venue is that Autumn (the wedding coordinator we got after our first one didn’t answer or show up) and Stephen (the dj) are awesome and do great work!!! A few of the other issues we experienced: we submitted 150 pictures to play on the tvs the day of the wedding, they played at rehearsal dinner (which we didn’t want) and not at all at wedding. Rehearsal dinner food is pizza, delicious, but don’t expect all of your guests to get 2 pieces (especially not more then 2)as the dining manager yelled at my mother that she cant’t have more who was attempting to get her first serving of pizza. Rehearsal dinner night, Gretchen came up to me and informed me my seating chart (that I spent hours making and had a giant mirror display made for already) wouldn’t work, in a very rude tone, leaving me in tears, then walked away. She only then apologized when my husband and bridesmaid fixed the situation for them. Wedding night dinner is served on appetizer plates and the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. You have to get 4 to even feel somewhat full. For all the money spent at this place; you’d think they could afford bigger plates. On top of things they need; better landscaping or at least a weedwacker and better lawn mower to make outside look better. You also would think they would actually follow through with your signed contract agreements. We wanted and paid for a s’mores station, which was no where to be found. We wanted and paid for coffee the morning of wedding, no where to be found. We wanted and paid for photos of us to play on tv screens at wedding, no where to be found. But don’t worry what they wanted: MONEY, was definitely found for them. Charging us for things we signed a contract for and didn’t get, seems ridiculous. We got the sweets table for both rehearsal dinner night and wedding night, but only a few guests got any, since the sweets were all taken away basically as quick as they were served. We wanted lunch available for the groomsman as they got to venue, of course the leftover food was taken immediately. I wanted to set up our ceremony decorations asap, but the chairs weren’t set up till an hour before the wedding (when I was told they’d be there at 11). Also no outside food or drink is allowed, which I understand. But morning of wedding we checked to make sure having a few cans and shooters for the bridal party grand march was okay, and we were given the all clear. But Gretchen made sure to inform me that this was a “big no no” day after wedding, even though we double checked it was okay and were given the clear. On top of all these logistic issues, their staff are rude and have no customer service. I had over 10 guests tell me the employees there weren’t nice. And having employees that don’t show up to meetings, communicate, or care AT ALL about the bride and groom, paying A LOT to be there… not a great look for Rosewood. Overall rosewood sucks. If you want a stress free wedding and stress free planning don’t have your wedding here.
Rosewood is a breath of fresh air that lifts my spirits. Rosewood is always 5 stars of live music and shows amid stunning outdoor and indoor venues with delicious food and drinks. Excellent staff like Missy and Beth and enthusiastic hosts and unique musical talents Mark and Gretch are shining stars that bring together festivities of pure enjoyment. Join the fun at Rosewood!
From celebrating my wife and I’s moments becoming first time parents at our baby shower. Bringing family and friends together for a laid back rehearsal dinner, and finally tying the knot on my wedding day, I couldn’t be happier with my wife and I’s decision to book all of theses events with Rosewood Entertainment! The staff was professional and attentive, always going the extra mile to accommodate our needs. From decor to dining, our needs were always addressed and made a priority. The staff and venue itself deserve the highest praises and I can’t wait to come back for any future celebrations we might plan!
This comment is in response to my previous comment back in July of this year. The matter has been resolved favorably for both parties. There is no longer an issue. They have made good on the original issue. Thank you, C Valone

Was at rosewood for a wedding. Super cute venue. Food was good, atmosphere was wonderful and staff was great! Highly recommend!!
These people are amazing humans! They made my wedding unbelievable, the quality and price and professionalism was top notch. My 6year old daughter fell gravely Ill before my wedding (2 months in the hospital) and they were right there checking in on us and being supportive instead of worrying about payments or cancellations. We are like family now and I can’t say enough good things about them or the beauty and charm of Rosewood.
I have attended MANY events at Rosewood; starting with my niece's engagement party, to my mother's wedding, to my sister's wedding, to my nephew's wedding, to a co-worker's wedding as well as many enjoyable evenings at Sunset on the Patio! Mark & Gretch have always been professional and thoughtful hosts who demonstrate integrity and caring every step of the way. They value families and friendship, music and creativity! And the staff there at Rosewood is fantastic! They work very hard and are proud of their contributions to a rare and wonderful venue I hope everyone gets the opportunity to experience!
We throughly enjoyed the food and professional music. Deanna and I will return again.
Update on this. So as suspected, not only do these owners clearly not care about such a big miss on their part, (almost being party to causing a severe allergic reaction but there are lairs. They stated they would reach out to discuss and have not. Cowards! I have noticed some reviews pop up after ours review that reported the truth. All I can say is I am sure those reviews are either paid for or fake.
If only there were a Zero star to choose from! Where to begin. 1st with the owner, who goes by Gretch. This woman is not a good person. She lies, she cuts corners, and she only cares about $. We had our wedding there recently and if it were not for the quality of our guests it would have been a disaster. Gretch, took over part of the wedding (which she has no business doing because she is horrible at it) She decided to cut corners and cut her business partner out of part of the appetizer selection. She was told many times verbally and in writing there were guests that have sever peanut allergies and yet the vendor she hired for the grazing board was never informed and subsequently had peanuts out. This created a huge problem. Gretch was informed and has chosen to do nothing about it. We are seeking legal counsel to better understand our options. Do not do business with this horrible person!
