Literally 95% of my orders at this location have been wrong in some way. Missed items, wrong ingredients, etc. I'm done with the Delavan Taco Bell. Just do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Mukwonogo store, they almost never screw up.

Taylor is possibly one of the best workers I have ever encountered in my life. As soon as I walked through the door he was beaming with joy about the fact that he was working at this fine establishment. He greeted me and my friend with the nicest greeting ever. If I don’t see Taylor the next time I walk in this place I might just have to walk out.
Service has been immaculate here thanks to the doing of Taylor, no orders have been messed up since he has started working here. Would strongly recommend to do your taco belling here!

My friend and I got there pretty late at night, We were so hungry and knew they would close soon, however, we were greeted by Caleb, he had a smile on his face and was such a joy to talk to! Definitely made the “fast food” experience feel more like a homemade meal.

I went there at 6:15pm on Sunday and the lobby was locked. Lobby is supposed to be opened during business hours and It was not and I wanted to dine in from what I've known.It is supposed to remain unlocked during business hours , highly upset and now I have to go all the way to another restaurant.Waste gas and my mileage on my car

We pull up to get some crispy chicken tacos out of the drive thru Upon receiving our food, an employee asks us if we can handle it, that he has a challenge for us. And behold, he drops at least 20 packets of Diablo sauce into the bag. Truly the most amazing customer service Ive ever had at ANY fast food restaurant.
Caleb was very welcoming and nice to us. Can’t wait to come back and see him again. Food was great. There was basically no wait from when I placed my order. Caleb came out and called my name and cheerfully gave me my order.

Zander at the window was great tonight! Sometimes sports run late so my kids and I grab a quick dinner and tonight they were extra chatty as I was ordering and again at the window to pay…lol but Zander gave them a minute and heard them out and they left happy…and still chatty. Haha!
