It has been a long time since I have been to the Watershed, and I am sad to say I missed out! I was just recently there for a fish fry, and I cannot say enough good things about the food! The perch was wonderful, and had the perfect crunch, flavorful crust. And my go to item for a side, the potato pancakes were among the best I have had in a while! The staff was amazing as well. We had three of the employees, AND the owner ask us if we needed anything during our dinner. I will with no doubt be going back for another wonderful meal!

Food was not good, and the service was even worse. Bartender would not smile or have any conversation with us even when we tried. As we were not regulars.

Food was good nothing spectacular.
The food took 30 minutes to come out in a bar that wasn't busy.
The service wasnt the best either. Got our drinks and food ordered but never told us when the food will come out. Never checked up on us until after the food was delivered.
This place is joining on a new trend I've been noticing and thats taking care of regulars above anyone else on service.
Good food disappointing service.

The food is amazing! The Friday fish fry is always a safe bet. The cheeseburgers and the appetizers are always good. The wait time can be long, so try and go when there is less people.
Parking: Parking can be hard to find at times.
Kid-friendliness: It's a bar.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would say it's not the best place to go if you are in a wheelchair.

Went here at 5:30 new years eve. We sat at the bar the bartender was right in front of us. She put coasters down but never asked what we wanted to drink. A group of 4 people she knew came in. She walked from behind the bar to their table. Still never got a drink so we left.

This place is basically a bar with some tables added for restaurant service. There were 10 in our party. We went for Friday fish fry, which came with certain sides, but when the plates came out, some had all sides and others were missing. The folks that had perch said it was dry and over cooked. I had fried shrimp, which did not appear to be jumbo as described and was comparable to the shrimp you can get at a popular WI fast food restaurant known for their custard, except it was twice the price. Overall, the food was mediocre for the cost. Then, when we were just finished paying and still sitting with half finished drinks, the hostess/waitress asked us to leave so they could seat another party. $10-20 per person without alcohol, $20-30 if you add drinks.
Parking: Gravel parking lot around the whole building. We showed up at 5 on a Friday, and there were a couple of available spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: I couldn't see any accessibility here. There were stairs at the main entrance (maybe another ADA compliant entrance somewhere?), but the ladies room has no wheelchair accessibility. You'd be lucky to get in with a walker or even crutches. Do not recommend.

Madison is the most amazing bartender I have had in a long time! Every recommendation she had was spot on. The Bruncher was to die for! Best sandwich I have ever had right down to the potato pancakes. Will be back for sure!
We tried water shed in Delevan for the first time last night, best potato pancakes ever. The fish was sooooo good. So thick and fresh, I should've taken a photo. Not a fan of the coleslaw taste but I loved the tarter. All you can eat but it's too busy that you can't get a waiter flagged down to ask for more is the only downside. Outrageously busy (which means it's good). 20 min wait to be seated (we arrived at 545) 35 minutes til food arrived, never got drink refills or checked on if we needed anything (we were only given one cup of tarter. They forgot it on one plate). Food was amazing, but server was too overworked to check on us. Running around like a chicken it's its head cut off! Need more servers to lessen the load to pay more attention to their guests. It wasn't his fault, he was doing his best, he just had wayyyy too many tables. Would have loved to have more and our drinks refilled is all. 3 dollars for a soda and only got one.

This giant pretzel was incredible! I'm seriously considering making a 4-hour round trip just to have it again.
