I ordered the 2 for $3 breakfast sandwich deal, specifically two English muffin sausage sandwiches, but after waiting 20 minutes, the food and iced coffee were so bad they made me feel sick.

Not sure what the problem is with Wendy's but I stopped giving them my business. The food is just nasty doesn't matter what time of day I visit. Additionally, this is not just this location it's been several of them.

Ordered online and went through drive thru since my hips hurt, nobody behind me, no one in lobby they wouldn’t give me my own personal order and had me come in. No where on DD it said I had to walk in, just a little stupid when you couldnve just given me my food instead of pretending to be busy.

Sometimes, they get the order right, and some times they don't. It's been about 50/50 for me. I've learned to check the bag before I drive away.
Long story short was told to pull around to the front and they would bring my food out shortly. 15 minutes later and countless other vehicles that went thru drive thru i called and they didn't know what happened to my food. Just have customers wait at the window next time.

These ladies at the drive thru were a fun and welcoming crowd. Note: the won't swap out soft drink for frosty, forcing you to buy a frosty. Had to try the caramel frosty as the ladies suggested, and that did not disappoint.

Yet again paid my extra 1.20 for bacon this is the 4th time and no bacon on the burger! Wait 15 to 20 mins when order on web and live 2 city blocks from you, what's going on? And feel you owe me a slim kids burger if nothing else come on all the fast serves place in Delavan just suck now! I worked my hour and paid you didn't get what I ordered once again...this is not right And the baked potatoes gotta cook 3 to 4 more mins to even eat and nothing for toppings on them total money rip off these are, your local please upscale, and nobody contacts you back
