The customer service is great there. Friendly and helpful staff. The drinks were great, too. I had the bourbon bacon burger medium and was disappointed. The burger was overcooked, and there was no seasoning. It was very bland, and i sent it back. The sweet potato fries were good, and they some some damn good ranch.

Light dinner - apps were big enough got a whiskey ranch fried chicken bowl and a whole shebang loaded fries both were delicious. Food came out really quickly and our servers were very responsive and not pushy or intrusive.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of choices - not picky on substituting

Went in tonight for a few drinks with friends. When we got the bill they charged all of our drinks as double tall which we did not ask for. When we asked the young, dark haired bartender about this she looked at us and rudely said “that’s the standard at most bars if you don’t specify” and walked away. I have never experienced this happening at literally any other bar. Why would you give someone and charge them for a double tall when it wasn’t asked for? I have never heard of that being “the standard” at any bar i’ve ever been to. We ended up just paying the bill and leaving. My family and I visit both locations for fish fry regularly, but we probably won’t be back for a while after the rude service we had tonight.

Ordered a Diablo burger and Reuben, and pickle chips, my “medium” burger was burnt, and there was nothing “Diablo” about it, it was just a dry hunk of burnt meat on a bun. The Reuben was sub par, and pickle chips were bland…
On the bright side the staff was kind.
I wouldn’t recommend and it would take a lot to have to return. Totally not worth the money.

If you haven't ordered a bloody mary from this place, why the heck not? I ordered mine spicy. The flavor was spot on with just enough kick. It also comes with a beer chaser. You've got the option of a couple domestic drafts to choose from. There is a small upcharge if you'd like to choose something else on tap as your chaser. In my opinion, the price point is a great deal for the massive meal of garnish and quality.
This used to be a 5 star bar for us, but unfortunately not any longer. We have gift certificates that were given to us for Christmas because we would got there 3x a week. We took a couple month break to hibernate and I'm not sure if we will end up using our gift certificates or not. Service has definitely changed which is unfortunate. We are searching for a new place and ol wisco in delavan may be it!
