The guy putting the veggies on, in the middle of placing them on took his phone out of his pocket and then continued to make my sub. Did not change his gloves or anything. I did not even eat my sub. I am totally disappointed.

Extremely overpriced these days. Costs 50$ for 2 people. Charging 10$ for 6 cookies is kind of outrageous.

The last one I ate at was on a reservation that seemed like everyone was suicidal complimented with some homicidal tendencies. So in comparison this place was awesome

I ordered two subs, on-line, with coupon code. After placing order, I realized I hadn't changed pick-up time,, so called, but the gal had already in the process of making them. That was fine - said we'd just be in a bit later, to get them. When we got them, I left one in town, for my son, and we took ours home. My son called, letting me know sandwich wasn't done...missing tomatoes, some bacon and mayo - on a BLT. Ours was perfect, and delicious, as usual. Contacted the manager, Tad. Great upbeat fellow, with concern, kindness and a true people-person. He gave us options and my son was able to drop by, a day or so later, and pick up a completed BLT, at no charge. Now, THAT, my friends, is a great manager and company. Thanks so much, Tad. You are awesome. Joan
