Service was fast but the food was awful when I went. I went with friends and one of them got tuna on their sandwich, the tuna was warm. All the meat on my sandwich was warm, so we're all the vegetables. I think the only cold thing on my sandwich was the mayonnaise. One of my friends ended up with stomach issues later on which was a less than fun experience camping in tents. Staff didnt seem super happy we were there and just wanted us gone. Overall bad experience.

Made an online order got half cooked chewy bacon cuz apparently it took much time to cook my bacon off the bread when toasting the sun when I didn’t want it toasted when I go in person never have a problem but they are sloppy and lazy with online orders

Are we invisible? Just walked in, and then out, of the Dodgeville subway restaurant. Walked up to the counter ready to order. We were the ONLY 2 customers in the store. There were three employees behind the counter. We stood in front of them for about 5 minutes while they ALL commenced to ignoring us completely. Every one of them made eye contact with us, so I know they knew we were standing there right in front of them. Eventually, we turned and slowly walked out and no one said a single word to us. That is just pitiful, pitiful, non-existent service. Definitely not any way to run a business.

We ordered our food online and when we received it EVERYTHING was burnt. Both of our sandwiches were burnt along with the cheese inside of our sandwiches, and we tried the footlong dipper which was also burnt. For a $30 meal, it sucks that more than half of it was inedible.

The guy putting the veggies on, in the middle of placing them on took his phone out of his pocket and then continued to make my sub. Did not change his gloves or anything. I did not even eat my sub. I am totally disappointed.

Its subway c'mon The last one I ate at was on a reservation that seemed like everyone was suicidal complimented with some homicidal tendencies. So in comparison this place was awesome
