When you enter, there are 2 kiosks where you enter your order. On the day I was there, 1 kiosk was not working. Had to wait about 20 minutes to place my order. Several people left without ordering. There were no employees working the counter cash register. Only cashier was working at the drive through window which was very busy. Once the order was placed, it was ready in less than 2 minutes and tasted fine. Seating area is small so I was able to hear people getting frustrated with the kiosks while I was eating.

The lady at the drive thru was kind and the food never seems to miss. I got a luxe box which is a steal for the amount of food you get. $5 is hard to pass on right now. Recommend trying this place out!

I got take out from this Taco Bell on 7/13 around 9pm and the food came out very quick, everything was made correctly even with multiple customizations and staff inside was friendly! And to top it off, a staff member from the back opened the door for me as I was leaving ( from the outside) and saw that I was carrying a lot of food so he even opened my car door for me and commented on how beautiful my white German shepherd is!! I love this location and how friendly they are!

I got food poisoning 07/09/2025! I ordered two grilled cheese burritos with no meat! Since then I have not stopped puking or shitting my brains out! I called the store 3 times and they would pick up the phone and hang up on me everytime and once I called the 4th time they finally picked up and I told them what was happening to me and all they said was……”not my problem” WOW!!!!

So the manager Rachel I went to call for a payroll number she had the tendency to sass mouth a customer saying I hung up on her when my phone battery died she assumed when I called back 2nd time and she told me I hung up on her regardless she needs to be corrected that it's not okay to speak that way to anyone.....I was asking for a number not someone runs her mouth asking for a number....I asked for number the only that should come out your mouth is the number period....

We waited for 50 minutes for our food. After 10 minutes, we approached the counter to confirm if our order had been processed, and we were assured it being prepared. However, over the course of the wait, we returned to the counter several times seeking assistance, but no one attended to us.

After 50 minutes, we finally received help from an employee who informed us that our order had not been paid for, despite our earlier inquiry confirming otherwise. Another staff member claimed she had repeatedly called our name at the counter, but all four of us, who were waiting nearby, heard nothing. Furthermore, her explanation was contradictory—if the order wasn’t paid for, it would not have been processed, making it unclear how she could have called our name in the first place.

It was evident that one employee was overwhelmed and handling most of the workload, while the other appeared disengaged, contributing little to resolve the issue. Despite the confusion, the overwhelmed worker sincerely apologized when he eventually gave us our food, which we appreciated.

However, our order was still incomplete—they forgot the nacho fries. When we went back to request them, the same disengaged employee, who clearly didn’t know what she was doing, responded, “Nacho fries… like, the fries?” She then proceeded to slam the cheese sauce onto the counter in a dismissive manner. This further added to an already frustrating experience.

That's spicy fries and they were ice cold. tacos were barely warm.
Explain explain that the women's bathroom toilet was not flushing.
The girl came out and said oh, you just have to push the handle harder.I'm a plumber's daughter.I know how to flush it in the toilet

They said they was closed at 11:30 but someone else infront of us just got food and they say they don’t close until 12

Dietary restrictions: Still a crappy place to eat no matter what they close early and they are dirty in the kitchen take it from a past worker

Maybe it was a bad day for them. It started with the drive thru, they were impatient and kept trying to rush me; even though I was ordering at a normal speed. They got the drinks wrong, which resulted in a kid meltdown. The food was cold, specifically the Cinnabon Delights. We're talking partly frozen Center for those. The taco meat was very cool as if it hadn't been warmed up or stirred in awhile.
Overall, if your traveling through avoid this place you'll regret it!!!
