I recently visited this Subway on 07/18/24 and had a pretty pleasant experience. The two gentlemen who took care of my order were very polite, respectful, and efficient. There were zero issues with the service they provided. The store’s location and its exterior appearance might not be very inviting, which is unfortunate because it doesn’t reflect the quality of service inside. Half the time my order comes out wrong. When it's right its good about 80% of the time. The manager was unamused by my complaint of not getting what I ordered like four times. Staff rotates like the wind. The customer service isn't great because they don't keep the same employees. Some have been there a while. Hit or miss.

Nothing spectacular. Carolyn isn't the friendliest human. Tried to converse with her and she wasn't having any of it. Maybe she was having a bad day. I've just been the type of person that, if you work in a customer service position, you fake it until you make it! Not sure there will be an opportunity to see if it was just a bad day.
