After a hectic week in Milwaukee, the drive to Barley’s Hops & Malt felt like a much-needed exhale. The rustic wooden interior, like an old stable, instantly brought a sense of calm. We were in town for business purposes. Most places like this in the area, that serve food are closed on Tuesdays. Barley's wasn't very far from our hotel, and we thought we'd give it a try. The atmosphere was fun, We could tell that our waitress was very busy, but she didn't let that stop her from being attentive to our table. She was amazing! ......And the food! Hands down THE best prime rib in the area, not some Milwaukee steakhouse charging $100 just for a cut of meat. Good prices great people, and Gimi can make the best steak in a 100 mile radius 10/10
