“Saw the billboard on the interstate and googled it. Looked good so we took a chance. Staff was so nice. Chatted with us, asked how we found the place. Turns out it was Gus himself. He was genuine in inviting us back when the weather is nice for the classic car shows in the summer. Food was yummy and tasty! Loved the sour cream and chives fries!”

“Yes, I will return. BBQ Beef Brisket a plus and Ribs are a plus. Didn’t care for the Sauces. The meat is nice/tender. Delicious soft bread for the brisket sandwich. Next time I will order 6 hours ahead to have the Rib Tips prepared without sauce. “We were really impressed by how much we loved the mead! This isn't your standard mead - it's not high ABV and super sweet - it's bubbly, light, and refreshing (and gluten free). It reminded us of cider we had in France! So, so good.The service was wonderful and so friendly - the bartender Ellie explained the meads and poured us samples before we settled on a flight. They have a gorgeous interior with a stage for live music, but it was nice out so we enjoyed our drinks on the patio. We took home some mead to go! We'll definitely be back.”

“Great place. We where in town and got something to eat but seen they had a sign showing lemonade shack ups. Went inside and met the owner, I had a vodka lemonade, my wife a regular, and my son had a virgin daiquiri. Very friendly staff and the owner was outstanding. Talked to her for about 15 minutes. Very reasonable prices and atmosphere was nice inside. I would recommend checking them out.”

“Good ol' Sammy's!! Open at 9 AM. It's the kind of place I start my goin' places and doin' things on the Harley. It's a friendly establishment each time we have been there. Bartenders are very cordial and attentive. The thing that trips my trigger is they have Twisted fricken Tea on tap!!! It is so refreshing, with a lemon, on a hot day. If your not a fan of it in a can or bottle, this is the ticket!! Stop in and have a few. I recommend.”

Ordered a meal- 3 ground bf tacos on soft corn Tortillas & 1 w/flour tortillas (they dbl up corn Tortillas, love it cuz ... ur shell dsnt fall apart ?! Includes a lil rice & beans (so good, a dash more of each would be perfecto BUT, the SIZE/AMT of meat, chz, etc totally makes up for it. Inexpensive!GO, GO, GO u won't be disappointed! Yummm! “We came here for Friday night fish fry. The place was packed when we walked in and packed when we left. People sometimes had to wait a little bit for a seat, but rarely did anyone leave before eating. I ordered fish tacos, which were delicious. The bartender was friendly. The place was clean and nicely furnished. I would eat here again.Parking: Small lot with two end spots next to a boardwalk over the water. Careful you don't fall in!”

“Visited recently to enjoy coffee inside. Greeted by very friendly staff. Order was handled professionally. This was our first visit, so we were not familiar with the layout. But the staff was very friendly to help us understand where to locate things. The atmosphere is very impressive. Rustic look. Vibrant colors. Spacious. Inviting and friendly. Large windows let in great sunlight during the day. Perfect location on that square downtown. I look forward to a return visit.”

“Have eating hear a few times and finally did the online ordering, the staff is genuinely friendly. Orders have alway been prompt and wait time is what it is during lunch, busy but they get orders out smoothly and as quickly as they can with a smile on their faces.. “Love this pizza place!. The people are always so wonderful, and the pizza is excellent. Nice and spicy sauce, a crisp crust, and bold flavorful cheese. Combine it with some spicy pepperoni and mild mushrooms, and flavorful onions and you've got yourself a real winner. Pizzas are always ready on time, and the people there are always so nice.”

“Love this place! Highly recommend the crab Rangoon- so delicious! (I don’t do the raw sushi, but others I’ve dined with have said it’s high quality.). And it’s so relaxing to sit outside when the weather is good. Their soft steak tacos are also amazing. Plus a cool vibe inside. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because a few times they’ve been out of the crab Rangoon… Also really like that the prices are reasonable.. just a win on all levels!”

“This place is a gem! Traveling for work (as usual) and decided to stop in for lunch. The interior ambience is second to none (absolutely gorgeously decorated with plants, fish, art, and furniture), the quality of the food is excellent (definitely homemade and on par with places in Chinatown, Chicago), and the prices are unbelievable for the quality of food. East Troy, you are lucky to have such a fine restaurant! Check this place out if you're hungry in East Troy!”

“By far one of the better McDonald’s locations in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The drive thru line always seems to move very quickly and have never had an incorrect order. Food is always fresh and hot. Would recommend this location over Elkhorn and most definitely ”

“Cute local shop offering candy, homemade popcorn and Cedar Crest ice cream. It is very nicely decorated and clean, and the staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Although a sign states the popcorn is made fresh daily, the bag we purchased was dated 2 weeks ago. We purchased caramel popcorn and ice cream comes, and it was all good. It was a very pleasant experience.”

“I grew up in Burlington and have been coming here since I was a child. I took my fiance here to try it and he loved it as much as I do. They are closed in winter which sucks (but makes total sense). The custard is amazing and the prices are still reasonable. Every time I come here (which isn't as much as I'd like) I am reminded of my childhood and how it felt coming here with my parents and friends when I was older. The people there are friendly even though most of them are teens working but they work hard and are appreciated for sure! There is a SMALL area to sit inside and eat but I usually take my order to go and eat in the car or at the park across the street if it's nice enough out. I hope this place stays around for many many more years so I can bring my son and future children here. And maybe their children too?? (Hopefully).”

“I was in Burlington for work reasons and tried Sheila Mae's for breakfast. They have an excellent menu with lots of reasonably priced options. I had the "Burly Breakfast" consisting of two eggs, three pancakes, bacon, toast, and coffee. It was very good.The restaurant is small, with a cozy atmosphere. You seat yourself, and if you need the restroom you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Not very handicap accessible. Wait staff was very competent.Overall a good experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. If they are crying or yelling you will notice it as the place is fairly small and loud sounds fill the space.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.”

I love how they like to freshen up their menu every once in a while. The new iced tea menu is refreshing and tasty. The Hibiscus tea was refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness. I recommend this restaurant for their Authentic dishes and dishes with a touch of their own flair.”

“I've been here 3 times and the place has not disappointed at all. I got Monday's $7 build your own grilled cheese and it was the bomb! The $7 comes with choice of cheese (up to 3 slices) a dipping sauce and a choice of homemade chips or French fries. I got 2 slices of American and 1 slice of cheddar with spicy mayo dipping sauce. I upgraded my sandwich with grilled onions $.50 extra and bacon $1.50 extra and upgraded for $2 more for the sweet potato fries. For a total of $11! It was worth every penny ?”
