“we chose Blackbird Bakery for our daughter's wedding because they were very quick to respond to emails, the cake was moist and delicious, and the price was very reasonable. They also had gluten-free options for our guests with allergies.The tiered cake was just breathtaking, our guests commented on how beautiful it was. The vanilla sheetcake with strawberry buttercream was also a big hit. I would absolutely recommend this bakery, and hope to use them again in the future.”

“First time here stopped for dinner. I had the ham sandwich on the most delicious gluten free bread toasted. It was the best sandwich I have had gluten free! Hubby had the big fella and said it was also delicious. Excited to go back and try the gluten free flatbread”

Glad we decided to revisit after a long absence. one caution: CASH ONLY. That was a surprise when we went to pay as there was no mention of it anywhere ..not on the menu, not by the cashier. Lucky I had enough cash to cover the bill as often it’s credit card only for this patron.”

“We go here after golfing. Really good food. Seems like it is family owned - very nice. We have liked everything we have had. I keep ordering the Flaming Cheese Fajitas. Colorado Burrito is also a favorite of the group. They provide plenty of chips and salsa, also good. The restaurant is nice and clean.”
