we chose Blackbird Bakery for our daughter's wedding because they were very quick to respond to emails, the cake was moist and delicious, and the price was very reasonable. They also had gluten-free options for our guests with allergies.The tiered cake was just breathtaking, our guests commented on how beautiful it was. The vanilla sheetcake with strawberry buttercream was also a big hit. I would absolutely recommend this bakery, and hope to use them again in the future.
The bakery is always absolutely amazing. It's hard to decide what to get.
Abby and staff did awesome job for our wedding cake, cake pops and lemon tarts. and 2 gluten-free cupcakes.would recommend them for any occasion.
