Great "family"owned... local bar/ food. The best fried chicken, burgers, Italian beef sandwiches, even a smelt fry... and much more. Never been dissatisfied with the food. Always Friendly bartenders. Must try there fried chicken special on Mondays.Parking: Never had to leave because didn't find a parking spot. Can park in the backside also
Love the food, service and ambiance. Went for fish fry, got the perch. Got 3 big pieces, fries, coleslaw and bread. The batter on the fish was excellent, light and crunchy. I used to work in R&D for a company that sells batters and breaders, I know a good coating. This batter on the perch was excellent. Patrons seems like regulars, I love seeing the interactions. Going back to try their famous fried chicken on Mondays. Price was reasonable.

The Friday fish fry was delicious. Some of our group had cod, I had the bluegill. All the food came out hot and crispy, plus the potato pancakes were good too. I'll be back to try the Italian beef special on Thursday. We did have to wait at the bar for a table but it was well worth the wait.
