Fish fry-breading on the cod was awful. Cole slaw was dry. Very disappointing

We purchased a couple Mug of the Month Club. We were invited to sample a couple new IPA’s for being a member. We went and to our surprise we had to pay $5.00 for 2-5oz samples. We will not going to anymore for events but will sop in for discounted Craft beers because we have a year membership.

First time here. Seems like a nice place it’s freezing cold outside warm and toasty inside nice fireplace. spacious with room between tables, multiple options bar , high tops, casual table tops. Service fast and friendly. Tried the old fashioned sorry it seemed to have more cinnamon in it than booze. It’s a brewery so I guess if you are into micro brews you might have better luck. Just don’t expect a stiff drink from the bar. Let’s see if the food is better? Wife ordered the brisket I am trying their buttermilk pub chicken sandwich.
Okay so the buttermilk chicken definitely delicious, grilled Brussel sprouts ohhh yay yummy 😋 brisket tender not overly smoked large portion nice bbq sauce on the side. French fries hot crispy and fresh Mac n cheese good with a little smoke flavor. Yummy is the best way to describe everything. Would I order food here again. ABSOLUTELY Bon appétit.

Absolutely disgusting , not recommended, food sucked, not myself, my wife , or my daughter ate our food, if you call it food, maybe for a farm animal.
Stopped in for lunch and asked about soup of the day and were told they had no soup today...at all. Asked if they had coffee and were told, no, they did not have coffee. Waited a very long time for food, and the food was meh. I had pizza and husband had brisket Mac and cheese. Flavorless and pasty....
Prices are high for quality.
Disappointed because it has great vibe and location is really nice. Looks like they need more help....

We had a large group in town not realizing there were events on the square. Our server Paige was amazing. She was always making sure we had what we needed. It’s hard to find good service but we did and the food was amazing.

Went in today around 4pm (party of 10) and had an overall terrible experience. While I was checking in with the host the server who was assigned to our group was standing next to me and said out loud "are you kidding me?" When she was informed that she'd be taking care of us. The manager said "be nice, your party is right here" she replied "I'm usually a bartender" and walked away. That was extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. We were sat and she didn't come over for 10 minutes. Our drinks took another 15 minutes. At this point no apologies were offered. We've had better experiences at ET Brewery in the past so we decided to move forward and order food. Our entrees took about an hour to arrive and my husband's Nashville hot chicken sandwich was so burnt that he couldn't eat it and had to ask for it to be taken off of the bill. She did remove it from the bill which was appreciated. She only came back once to check on us. We had to flag down two other employees for drinks and condiments. We probably should have left after that first interaction. We won't be returning nor will we recommend ET Brewery to others. It's a great concept but needs a lot of improvements, customer service especially.
The food took 45 minutes to get to us after ordering, and the waitress only checked on us twice in the hour and a half we were there. The meat on the taco pizza was not seasoned at all and the chicken was overcooked. Very disappointed.

We waited about an hour for our food even though when we got there we were the only table there, the mac and cheese was okay.

I went here for dinner with my husband before attending a concert at Alpine Valley. We thought we had allowed ourselves enough time to sit, order and eat our meal, however the service was so slow we were almost late for the concert. They were way understaffed and the server who helped us had to be flagged down for virtually everything. The food itself was alright - basic brew pub food. We sat outside which was a decent ambiance - they had live music playing on the patio. However the service aspect of things is really what got to me. They need to hire more workers and get the customer service aspect of things in order before I would want to come back here.

Went Friday and had a great time. Entertainment, Food and Service were GREAT. Even though there was a wait for food the staff was upfront and friendly. Patio was great to enjoy the live music and beautiful end of summer weather. The new Octoberfest Brew was a huge hit as well. A MUST TRY!

I just want to start off by saying the food and drinks here are delicious! Which is why I decided to have my rehearsal dinner here in the back room. Planning the evening was simple but when it came to the day of we had some issues. When we arrived we were directed to our tables. We had to find staff/a server to take our drink orders. When taking our drink orders the staff made it very complicated and were bouncing back and forth to different people. Our food was buffet style which was fine but after the staff was done setting everything up we were not notified that we could go eat. The food sat there for 5 or so minutes before we noticed that the staff was no longer coming back. Communication and service was a 4/10 but the food was delicious!

We had a great event Friday at the Brewery. Highly recommend the Pear Pizza! Beautiful night with the garage doors open and a band playing outside!

It was our second visit to the East Troy Brewery in a week, and we were very pleased with both visits. The locally made Cream Soda was terrific along with the brussel sprouts appetizer. On out first visit we had an additional pizza, and bang bang shrimp were all great options. On our second visit, the brussel sprouts and the Friday Fish Fry was fantastic. It's a different take on Fish Fry and we liked it. Moist, delicate and satisfying.
Parking: Plenty
Kid-friendliness: There were babies in our group who seemed quite at home! This is an informal environment and kid friendly.
