My friends and I had a rough experience here last weekend. We tried to call them with a simple question about our online order, and we received very slow and confusing service. 30 minutes later, we decided to give up on the phone call and just drive to the restaurant, where there were several employees just standing around, chatting and texting. The food was pretty good overall, but one of my friends had a long hair in hers. We were pretty frustrated with the experience and didn’t think it worth it at all. It was too bad because the restaurant decor is REALLY cute and there’s a lot of good stuff on the menu. We really wanted to love it.

Be prepared to wait longer than what your told. Told 15 to 20 minutes. Went in to pick up food and told it would be another 30 minutes. They were telling other people the same thing. Ordered food at 5:00 pm wasn't ready until 6:15 pm and no they were not that busy. We waited in parking lot 4 people came to pick up orders, nobody was sitting inside.**Just got Credit Card statement and charge is different than what we were told on phone. Had a coupon, told them before I ordered item. It was purchase $35 worth and get 1 Entree free. They billed us for free item.... our bill was over $75 before free item.

This place is a gem! Traveling for work (as usual) and decided to stop in for lunch. The interior ambience is second to none (absolutely gorgeously decorated with plants, fish, art, and furniture), the quality of the food is excellent (definitely homemade and on par with places in Chinatown, Chicago), and the prices are unbelievable for the quality of food. East Troy, you are lucky to have such a fine restaurant! Check this place out if you're hungry in East Troy!

I got takeout general Tso chicken. The rice was hard and tasteless (I didn’t finish it) and my chicken, the flavor (sauce) was good. The chicken itself I didn’t enjoy at all. Couldn’t even finish my food. I ended up throwing it all away halfway through my meal because it was just so bad.

A few years ago, we used to order take out about once a month. Since we live only about four blocks away we would just pick it up. It was always ready when they said it would be. I usually ordered shrimp fried rice, egg drop soup and crab Rangoon. The fried rice and egg drop soup were delicious, with a good amount of shrimp. They was then. Now, they're much more skimpy on the shrimp, both the amount and size. The egg drop soup is still delicious. The crab Rangoon have NO crab AT ALL. Not even the fake stuff. Nothing but cream cheese, and they were very, very greasy. I don't know how they can vall it crab Rangoon. I'd rather make the drive to Chen's.

This has become my favorite spot to eat out. Love the atmosphere of the place. The fish tanks are really fun to check out. There’s so many cool little trinkets to check out too. Oh and the food, best part of it all. I recommend the sesame chicken and shrimp fried rice!Parking: Parking right out front.

Rice did not even taste like Chinese. I did not like it. I got sweet and sour chicken. The breading on the chicken was cooked too long, it was hard. I only eat half of the chicken, half the rice, brought it home and threw it away. Will never go there again. Very

We got delivery as we had been driving all day. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes. They said an hour to one and one-half so close. We figured this as we had done delivery before but you need to plan. Fried rice, steamed dumplings, chicke dish. All still hot. All met expectations

The owner of the Golden Dragon treated a veteran and his wife for her birthday (including guests)! Very accommodating with birthday banners, very social, great food, soup, tea, and pleasing environment.

I paid for two expensive entrees only to open it up when I got home to find a long black hair in my meal. I called them and the person who answered didn't care. No response such as I am sorry, etc. I will never go back as we didn't even want to eat it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! ID GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They got my order wrong and refused to fix it cause it was close to closing but had no problem taking my money close to closing. Food was horrible almost 100$ for my mom's birthday dinner... what a waste. NEVER AGAIN!
