I just had your big mac chicken sandwich it was probably was the worst, and messy sandwich I ever had, I usually only have your breakfast sandwiches. I will never have another one.

I wish that I could give zero stars for service. nobody is at the front counter. and when they walk by they ignore you. the kiosks are very confusing (they were a giant mistake by mcdonalds) I miss the days when you came in and someone took your order and then you paid them and got your food. it's almost like that mcdonalds is TRYING to go out of business.

Another in a long line of reasons to stop spending money at McDonald’s! Placed a drive through order at a non busy location in East Troy and it was completely wrong!
Best McDonald's I've ever been to. You can tell the workers care because they're kind/friendly, the food is ALWAYS hot, and they never mess up the order. This one has been the best McDonald's around for

The food is usually almost always good, and the service is okay. The only problem that there seems to be is when you go up and you try to talk to them. Especially if you go up to the cash register to order food. Usually, they don't pay attention to you for 5 minutes unless you try to get their attention. If anything, use the kiosks. They're so much faster.
Definitely recommend getting the chicken nuggets and fries though!

We came to this location after a concert at Alpine Valley was delayed. We arrived at around 10:10PM, and the location closes at 11PM. The location was busy, as many had traveled here from the concert venue. There were only 3 people working, and I initially had some respect for the main individual working. He looked to be working extremely hard to fill orders. We placed our order at the kiosk, and began to wait. As time went on, the main individual working got more and more frustrated with the other staff and patrons. After waiting until 10:50PM, another patron went up to ask about their order, and were told the number had already been called and that there was nothing he (the main individual working) could do. I went up next, and he also told me that he had already called my order. He was extremely rude, accusing me of missing him calling out my order. He had in fact not called my number, as I'd been sitting there waiting the entire time. I realize he had been extremely busy, but treating customers in this way is not acceptable. I was respectful in my tone, and did not receive the same treatment back.
