If you close at 10 you should really update your hours. This is the second time i’ve gone and they’re closed when it says everywhere online and the app that you’re open til 11. Drive thru was full as well as dining room. kind of sad tbh.

Dislike stopping here for dinner. The manager taking orders is always rude and has an attitude. The person working at the window is rude as well and never says anything, just takes your money and gives you your food then walks away. People working there have no customer service skills whatsoever and expect to be paid more. Only good thing was that the fries were hot and fresh.

By far one of the better McDonald’s locations in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The drive thru line always seems to move very quickly and have never had an incorrect order. Food is always fresh and hot. Would recommend this location over Elkhorn and most definitely

The McDonald's I visited the service sucked. I waited at the window to pay for 5 minutes while I watched 4 team members laughing and shooting the breeze. I finally paid and waited another 15 minutes for my food. An employee finally came out to see what I was waiting for. Showed receipt and waited another 10 minutes before I walked into the store to see what's up and got my food only to find my fries were ice cold. I asked for replacements, and they were barely warm. The employee acted as if I was bothering them. For 5 bucks for fries, they better be right. I will never go back to that place again. I'm starting to enjoy boycotting these places now.

Seems kind of really stupid to walk in the door, and have two opportunities to literally order your own food at a kiosk. Then, you go two more feet to the counter where a live person will help you after 5 minutes. And I don't even say hello. Nonetheless, the food as usual was very good.
