Service was slow, I'm sure they are understaffed as all resturands are.Waitress was great and food was great. Worth the wait.

This was our 1st time coming here and had heard good things about this restaurant so we reserved a table. 1st impression when we pulled in, the sign wasn't lit up, the parking lot was super dark so we weren't even sure they were open. Went in and was seated right away. It took 15mins before anyone came to take our drink order (the place wasn't that busy) I ordered just water and husband a beer. My water came in a cocktail glass as if I only wanted a sip of water with my meal. We finally ordered our food I ordered Mostaccioli with a salad and my husband lasagna the only soup choice for him was clam chowder which was a turn down so he didn't get a side. While waiting for our food we never got refills on our drinks I sat there with a very watery salad, ice in a cup and 2 pcs of rye bread (which I was surprised since we were eating Italian and would have expected Italian bread or garlic bread) I visited the bathroom and washed my hands to only find toilet paper to dry my hands with and my husband said they had barely anything in the men's room. This place isn't the cleanest the blinds were caked with dirt. I was super excited to try this place. I will give it to the chef the food was really good when we received it. I would recommend a good cleaning and as nice as our waiter Anthony was he really needs to be trained on being more on top of things then just standing behind the counter talking. We won't return.

Came as a out of town guest with friends. We enjoyed appetizers. The eggplant fries were especially good, and I don't even like most vegetables. We also enjoyed fried pickles, fried breaded ravioli, pizza (sausage and Canadian bacon, chicken alfredo), chicken marsala, truffle and cheese sacchetti, and eggplant parmigiana. The service was excellent and so was the food.

Great service and food. Very busy but found table in bar with awesome server. Neil Diamond singer was entertaining as well.

We ordered the Works Pizza, and it was amazing! It's the best pizza in the area. The salad was a little skimpy, but otherwise we really enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere is very pleasant too!

The food is not the problem, but the slow, inattentive service is and always has been, but yesterday was the absolute worst experience we've had. Brandon our server was the worst server we've ever had . My husband and I arrived at 5:15, place not crowded at all, he took forever to come to the table for a drink order, gave him our order which he didn't write anything down, we had the Sunday Special which included a small FREE Pizza which we told him to just box up that we would be taking it home. We waited and waited finally brings our drinks, waited some more he brings us our garlic bread, no plates, no silverware, no napkins had to ask for them. Our pizza comes out has no utensil to get it out, had to ask for one. More time we wait , brings our check but no small pizza to take home, now we find out that he forgot to put the order in, waited 20 more minutes said it would be right out, went up to the front asked another server to check on our small pizza because ours was no where to be found, person from bar comes out and says Sorry once again the small pizza order never got put in, it's now 6:45, we have to go we're on a motorcycle and it's getting late, went back to our table because the tip we left he did not deserve, but of course that he came and got. We left MAD and no pizza to take home, will not be returning anytime soon and unfortunately his other tables were being treated the same way, he needs to be OFF the floor and get some Training.

A very friendly waitress from Russia, we loved her. Had the pasta carbonara so delicious, hubby had fettuccine alfredo also very good. Huge portions, with soup or salad and garlic bread. Great prices, friendly staff, oh also bought cannolis so good!!!!!!!

I love Italian food and they know how to make great Italian food

Stopped in to see a former colleague. I just had a few drinks. Extremely busy due to an outdoor event they were holding but didn’t have to wait for refills. Great prices on drinks!

Great food by drop zone

We visited on Saturday night and found some very pleasant subtle changes to the menu and food preparation. Food was fresh, delish and prepared in a very reasonable time. Staff was attentive and helpful. Great experience and cannot wait to go back again.

Thought I was getting the 2 lbs of crab legs for 24.99 instead they changed to water logged flavorless "king" crab legs for 59.99 Didn't know they changed till it was too late. Left hungry and disappointed. UPDATE your social media pages!!!

The food was so good and the service was great! We will visit again!!
