Thank you to Aimee and Melissa for coordinating my children’s school catering lunches. We are a local school and they worked with us to provide a sandwich, chip, and cookie lunch box for them! We provided note cards with each order and they had all the orders ready at the time of the scheduled pick up attached to each lunch box!! We are looking forward to working with them monthly during the rest of the school year. Thanks again to you ladies and your team!!

They need to teach employees to make orders in the order they are received. The Employee had 3 online orders sitting for a long time while taking lobby customers. The receipt for my online order was sitting on counter along with 2 others. She didn’t even look at it until 27 minutes after I received “Ready notification.” She then told me they were out of the Italian bread for my order. Why am I being told my order is ready when it’s not even started? Why do I need to sit while she takes lobby customers, just walking in, first before our orders that were processed long before theirs? Maybe if you worked on the orders that came in first we wouldn’t have this issue. I get that you're only one person but it’s good practice and necessary that you complete orders one by one in the order you receive. Let lobby customers know you have 3 online orders ahead of them. It’s not rocket science!

Ordered on the app she put on the app that it was ready at 5:05 pm went in it wasn't ready until 525 pm ridiculous don't say it's ready if it's not

Will never order again from here, not only did they make my sub wrong, but the bread was stale. And there was no one in there to even complain to, it was a ghost town.

Spent $60 on a delivery order to have it come without drinks and both subs toasted when asked them not to be. Bread was stale and burnt. What an incredible waste of money.
