we had to wait 15-20 minutes for our food and our order wasn't even that big. me and 5 other cars were waiting for our food while others inside were getting theirs. like tell us to pull forward. they kept looking at the window and they were looking that they didn't know what they were doing. our food was sitting on the counter but no one could give it to us. the fries and cheese sticks were cold and lumpy. and almost forgot there was four workers that I know of and three were bagging the food but none of the three could give it to us.

Staff is really friendly and good customer service, when I was there the lady a head of me came to the counter cause the forgot to the sour kraut on her Rubin, I order a big beef and cheddar not thinking anything of it get to my food lol and they forgot to put the cheddar on it, I didn't bother bringing it back, other than that it's a nice place.

When they tell me I will have a 5 minute wait if I order what I wanted,so I changed up my order just to wait 10 min anyways
It's an Arby's. Customer service wasn't the best, it took them over 5 minutes to come to the window. But they're kids. Shrug.
The food tasted like Arby's food. If you like how Arby's food tastes, then you will like the food from this Arby's.
