we had to wait 15-20 minutes for our food and our order wasn't even that big. me and 5 other cars were waiting for our food while others inside were getting theirs. like tell us to pull forward. they kept looking at the window and they were looking that they didn't know what they were doing. our food was sitting on the counter but no one could give it to us. the fries and cheese sticks were cold and lumpy. and almost forgot there was four workers that I know of and three were bagging the food but none of the three could give it to us.

Staff is really friendly and good customer service, when I was there the lady a head of me came to the counter cause the forgot to the sour kraut on her Rubin, I order a big beef and cheddar not thinking anything of it get to my food lol and they forgot to put the cheddar on it, I didn't bother bringing it back, other than that it's a nice place.

I don’t live in the area so it’s been a while since I’ve gotten to eat at an Arby’s. This particular location was probably the best experience I’ve had. Service is outstanding! Probably a direct reflection on management. My Beef & Cheddar was cooked and prepared perfectly. Friendly hospitality! Thank you!!

This Arby’s was a heavenly experience, the worker Collin was very helpful and kind in helping me decide what I wanted. He recommended the 3 for 5 mix and max and I was very pleased with my food overall great experience!
We ordered one shake in the app and then after we told them the order we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for it behind one other car. When asked what the wait was we were told "chicken" . well we didnt order chicken and its kinda sucky they didnt have that person pull ahead to wait because by the time we got the shake it was already getting eewww. You know how if you let it sit out . not cool .

We stopped here on our way home from WI Dells and Tiffany, the assistant manager helped us. She was SO kind and helpful, to the point even my teenagers commented on it. I also heard her talking to the employees and she treated them with such respect and empathy. I hope someone in corporate sees this review. I’m going to try and figure out how to contact them because she deserves to be recognized.
