The guy that helped me in the drive thru was an absolute jerk. I ordered food and had drinks also and he handed me a drink carrier and I give me a second I dont need the carrier he was very rude and said really and when I handed him the carrier back he aggressively grabbed the carrier from me and threw it on the counter. I said thank you have a nice day he shut the window in my face. Not very impressed I love the restaurant but this puts a very sour taste in my mouth on wanting to return in the future.

Don't bother with the 2 for 7 chicken sandwiches, the meat is sliced so thin I'm certain they make 4 sandwiches out of one chicken breast, and there's more breading than actual chicken. Then it was left in the fryer far too long. Very poor quality. Everyone blames the young generation these days for "not wanting to work anymore" but the reality is, corporate greed and their business model of providing less while charging more and gaslighting the public into believing they're getting some sort of bargain is the REAL reason behind ever-increasing mediocrity.

I recently visited Arby's and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfying. The sandwich I ordered was mediocre at best; it lacked the flavor and freshness I was hoping for. It wasn’t terrible, but it certainly didn’t stand out as anything special.The real disappointment, however, was the curly fries. It seemed like I got the bottom of the pile—mostly just small, overcooked pieces rather than the crispy, spiraled fries Arby’s is known for. They were more like crumbs than fries, and definitely not what I expected.Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming meal. I’ve had better experiences at Arby’s, so this was a bit of a letdown. I hope this was just an off day for them.
Contacted them as requested in their response I haven't heard anything back. They don't care about their customers. I won't be going back to have their awful food and their horrible customer service

Very friendly staff was the first thing I noticed. Was a great pleasure to see and hear AAA+++. The food we had was very fast and tasty. I was very impressed with the young man cleaning the facilities. Nice young man with manners and awesome work ethic. I am truly going to go this Arby's just because of the great staff. Thank you

Just ordered some fries and they were delicious but the star of the night was a worker that was just so dang happy. He made us laugh and genuinely made our night! Whoever was the guy on drive through working on the night of the 4th of July, hats off to you!

One of my three favorite free fast food places. Just got a rewards membership and that has some great deals every month. I've tried a lot of their food but I keep going back for the Reuben and classic French Dip oh yeah, I'm not ashamed to say I'm a Curly Fry addict. I even buy them at the grocery store.
