I have been to this location several times. Their breakfast sandwiches and wraps are great. Their Refreshers are delicious. Ice cream cakes are good too! The employees are always very friendly.

Just went with my family for the first time. The cone is stale as can be. The lady claims she didn’t know what she was doing but was alone out there? Messed up our checking out, didn’t know how to get our points on there. Not to mention the price for the amount. Literally had to ask “is this a two scoop??” because the cone was basically empty and she proceeded to say yup? Unprofessional plus overcharging customers and brushing it off and laughing is weird. We were excited to check this place out but can confidently say we won’t be back. Edit: just got home and tried it and the ice cream is not good to the taste.

On 8/5 I ordered a custom Polar Pizza for pickup at 4pm on 8/8. My partner showed up to pick up the cake only to be told it hadn't been made. After employees calling each other for 20 minutes to figure out what to do, the worker said she'd make it then. After some more waiting, (he'd been there over half an hour at this point) he was handed a melted pile of ice cream and had to request the m&ms and peanut butter sauce that was missed only to be told they were out of peanut butter so they put on chocolate sauce instead (which I didn't want). What I ordered: cookie dough ice cream, cookie dough pieces, m&ms, peanut butter sauce. What I got: Melted ice cream, cookie dough pieces, chocolate sauce, and then m&ms after they were requested. This was our first time ordering a cake from Baskin-Robbins and it was very disappointing.

We brought our AAU basketball team in after a long weekend of playing ball. The team at Baskin Robins were quick, nice, very sweet to our girls, and the place was very clean!!

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Growing up on Baskin Robbin’s, I was so excited to find one on our road trip. Look at this ice cream cone!!! There wasn’t even any ice cream in the actual cone itself. Just a VERY small amount sitting on the top of the cone. I could lift up the ice cream and hold it in the palm of my hand. Who knew there was such a thing as a micro scoop?! The staff had their friends in there too. My kids were almost in tears over their horrible experience here. Please don’t waste your money here like we did. Horrible experience!

This is my regular stop when I go through Eau Claire. My go to is the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a hot chocolate for breakfast in the morning, mint chip ice cream in the afternoon. Sidnee and the rest of the staff always take good care of me.
