First time here...Walking in I thought it was a bit sketchy; however, I was completely wrong! Chancelyn the bartender was amazing, so cordial, and attentive! The food was absolutely fantastic - burgers and beer cheese are one of the best. Matt sure does make a mean burger. Definitely would come back again!!

The waitress was so sweet and the overall environment was so good. The food here is STELLAR, even though it seems like a complete hole in the wall. It’s some of the best food.
Parking: The parking lot is actually the hotels lot and then you will go in the main doors and walk down the hall to the right to get into the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with a small & reasonable kids menu.

Great food the atmosphere is a bit lacking since they're still looking to add seating. What the atmosphere lacks the food completely makes up for and more. The chef put out a new menu this spring and it hits the spot. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This place is a must if you visit Eau Claire. The staff is so friendly and willing to help. Was in town for my son's wedding and they made me feel at home! Weddings and travel are stressful enough, so having the staff be so awesome helped a ton! The room I was in was amazing. The bed OMG the bed, I have never had a bed that had me sleep like this one did. The breakfast is more than I thought a hotel would offer for breakfast. The bar and food were much needed after a long day for shuttles and flights. They did not disappoint. Love having a rubber ducky in the bathroom!! That was a little touch that made it all the better. This will be my home away from home every time I come to Eau Claire!

You won’t be disappointed staying at this hotel. Super friendly people to check you in. Delicious cookies at check-in are an extra treat too. Our suite was very large and clean. Good breakfast selection and very tasty.
Hotel was adequate to stay at while moving my child back into UWEC. Overpowering odor of air freshener all throughout hotel. Room was functional although key reader at first room was not working. Expensive for what you get.

Alot of stuff was out of order Pool Hot tub, fryer in lounge. Not informed when we checked in. we had a fire drill last night there. we planned on relaxing in hot tub have drink in lounge but too loud to enjoy, bartender profanity.

When I called for reservation I asked for a third floor. We were told at check in only second floor was available. Could hear people walking above us and children jumping off the bed into the night. We had a two night stay. Hotel removed our personal items from the room after day one. later in the day the desk gave us a key to our room and other guests luggage was in the room. We were given a new room with a TV that was broken and a shower that needed repair. We never received all our personal items back.
