Went through the drive through. I used to go here a lot but the workers are rude. Especially Casey. Always has an "I don't want to serve you" attitude. Old fries are common. Long waits. Last time I ate at this location I got really sick.

just received a whopper… the patty folded almost in half on the bun, had the wrong ingredients, and it had 3 pieces of cheese that didn’t melt. Odd collection of happenings but yeah… McD’s across the street.

The female manger who was working at 4pm on july 28 2024 grab a trash bag to put it into another trash can and touched the rim of the other trash can with out washing her hands she grabbed my food and bagged it up and tryed to hand it to me i asked if i can get different food because u just touched trash and touched my food with out washing yr hands and she came back to me and said i only touch the rim of the can i told her i dont care u touched trash i would like different food please she was not happy with me u could tell she was witching about it and when i did get my food it was some what warm not even hot and the fries were so salty couldn't even eat them was not happy at all this was the bk on Hastings way in eau claire

Food is excellent and almost no wait at the drive thru is great, but going inside you’ll wait 20+ mins for your food. I’ll stick with drive thru from now on.
Asked for no ketchup and they gave me ketchupOh, yeah, they also *didn't put a burger* in my burger

The girl at the counter acted like she didn't want to be there, and Certainly did Not want us to be there. We had a coupon for 2 free meals and she didn't know how to ring it in, didn't ask us what sizes we wanted and then proceeded to screw up our order by comping the tiniest size possible, despite automatically selecting larges for the things we Were paying for. I wasn't even asked, but I ordered a medium. They attempted to force a barely filled small fry on me, and the small sized drinks are about 10oz. I. Ordered. Medium. Not that you asked. Do your job, or don't bother going in to work.
