I went in to this Burger King on 8/2/24 at 5:28 pm and the staff was so rude . Lady literally tossed my food on the counter and said here u go . LIKE HOW HARD IS IT TO TELL SOMEONE TO HAVE A GOOD DAY WHEN YOU WORK IN THAT LINE OF WORK !!

I have eaten at many different BK's and this one at north crossing is the best by far. The staff is always polite and the food is always warm. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!

Food was good, hot and fresh. But they're very understaffed, only 1 person in back, and only 1 covering drive thru and dining room, during lunch rush. Lady up front still friendly, despite being stressed and rushing, doing the best they can. Keep this in mind if you're in a hurry, it may take longer to get orders. Hopefully they can hire more people.

Food is usually decent except for the fries when almost always waiting 15-20 minutes for your food. Seems like they can only help one person at a time before they can take the next customers' order. More often than not, food comes out wrong. This location has gone downhill in the last half a year.

Great place to quickly grab a burger with lots of parking and convenient store.
Pretty average burger King. Nothing special had a little bit of an awkward vibe here but that being said it is a burger King.

It's sad to see one of the best fast food joints in town isn't what it used to be. The food is never hot or fresh. The fries are stale, and the burgers are cold. The inside is very outdated, dirty and run down. Our BK makes me miss the 90's! That's when it was the best!

It's Burger King. We've all been to one, this one isn't any different. The burgers have great flavor compared to some other places. I do like the French toast sticks, but I request that they cook a little longer, or they sometimes come out soggy.This particular place, very slow & orders are often wrong. I only go here because of wanting a burger that tastes better than McDonalds. I do prefer McDonalds fries, so it's a tough choice.
