Worst meal ever at a BK! Took 10 minutes in drive thru,(I was only vehicle in line) my fries were over cooked and hard, asked for light mustard and I swear they tripled the mustard. So much I couldn't even eat my sandwiches. They weren't even busy.

Lettuce on the burger looked very old. Manager looked like he wasn't in a great mood. Ketchup bottle fell on the floor manager picked it up and re-used it. I hope I don't get sick.

Usually eat here a few times a week. 60% of the time the fries are so salty I literally have to spend 10 seconds per fry wiping the salt off and I like salt. This is like having a side of fries with your salt. I asked for lightly salted fries and they were even still a bit too salty so I’ve just accepted the fact that they’ll be hit or miss. I’ll still be back but just wish the fries were less salty. Everything else is always great and consistent.
