Takes them 20+ minutes to finish an online order. Meanwhile, the front-end customers are in and out within a minute or two. Like why do you have only one person making online orders, but you have 4 people out front? Do better!

i had very little food in my bowl. not expecting a huge thing but it looked half eaten and i’ve never had this much, normally it’s a lot more. to which i get the same thing, this time was different.

I love my chipotle dearly, sincerely one of my favorite meals. However… at this specific location they ALWAYS put corn salsa in my order!!!! Neither time it has an occurred, was the corn in my order. I have spent over 30 minutes picking out this corn. Which I am highly allergic to. Do better!

A worker who clearky didn’t know what she was doing, took my order, and unfortunately failed, however… management and her co workers were rolling their eyes at her and just genuinely watching her mess up my burrito, without saying anything to us. Obviously, she needed more training, and management should’ve helped her. Anyways, once again, everyone was just watching, including management was watching. The cashier is also watching, and clearly I needed a new tortilla. She tells us we have to pay for it. It was ridiculous.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. We were there at opening and all tables were dirty, there was food all over the floor, windows and door were all smudged and dirty. The place needs a good cleaning.

Food was completely without spice. No flavor aside from the fajita veggies.
It is impossible to contact the store directly. We had left our drinks behind and wanted to talk to someone about getting them put aside for us to pick them up.
Quality has gone downhill and the lack of control support is appalling.
Will not be back to this location.

I go to chipotle for their chips and queso, but lately, I get home and the chips are stale and disappointing. Today I decided to taste a chip before I spend my hard earned money on them. And they were stale! I asked if they could make some fresh chips and the man said they just made them in the morning. I asked if he would please TRY what I’m about to BUY, and he said he didn’t even like Chipotle chips; that because he made them fresh that morning, he wouldn’t make a fresh batch. So disappointing. I will not return, and I feel bad for anyone who bought chips there today! Chili’s will now be my place to go!

Food was as expected. Service ok. The whole place needed to be cleaned. Every single counter had dirt, crumbs, and smudges, including the outside tables. Trash outside overflowing. Glass doors dirty and smudged as well. I sure hope the food does not receive the same attention. Please clean up! I love chipotle.
