I ordered a bowl with extra rice and extra cheese and I hardly had any rice or cheese in my bowl. It looked like it was missing half of the bowl when I got it and was disappointed in the customer service at the window. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and it seems to never be consistent as I love the food but often get disappointed in the experience.

We ordered 2 bowls with extra chicken. Yes they were busy and working hard. We were waiting on rice and chicken. When we got home, meal had no taste or seasoning. Worst part, we gave most the chicken to our dogs, very chewy and fatty. I’m sad cuz it used to be better. The employees do a good job but food is not up to par anymore.

I got the steak burrito with queso and guacamole, huge burrito with little flavor. The steak was overcooked, chewy, and bland, very little queso for what you pay, and I literally found two big pieces inedible guacamole - see pics. The employees are nice but quiet and seem to only want to interact if absolutely necessary. It was not a welcoming environment and coupled with the food and poor quality we will not return. Line was a mess too but I can get that could get messy with a rush.

I have given this chipotle several tries and each time, the brown rice is ALWAYS hard. My specific burrito today the rice was hard, I also asked for avocado - they put in an entire half UNRIPE and uncut avocado in my burrito. It was so hard, could not eat through.

Will not be ordering from this location anymore.

I ordered a bowl with chips and salsa and a drink. I paid for a regular chip, which should be 4 ounces. I received my order via Chipotlane. When I open my chips, I see that there are eight chips in the bag. I tried to call chipotle to resolve the issue however, no one would pick up the phone and I was constantly sent to the robot who would not send me to a team member or a manager.
