Other than the fact that it's difficult to get in here, it's my favorite coffee. I would choose Caribou coffee over Starbucks any day

No exaggeration, 4 out of 5 times they get something about our order wrong and we order coffee of the day and basic espresso drinks. We stopped going to this location for a long time because of that but decided to give it another try over the weekend, same problems. Customer service is consistently poor as well; most of the employees obviously prefer speaking to each other or their friends sitting at the counter rather than customers. Lastly, if you walk in, it might be awhile before you are greeted and even longer before you are served. The drive-through customers definitely get priority. I understand the challenge of serving both drive-through and walk-in customers but they rarely even greet walk-ins, you just stand there waiting. I also wonder if employee incompetence is the reason the drive through takes so much time and attention

I ordered using your app. My purchase failed to calculate the points for my purchase. The person that assisted me said they had no access to be able to correct the mistake. She told me I needed to contact customer service. I did do that this morning, and the reward points were added to my account. The team members that work in the stores need to be empowered to take care of an issue such as this. When this happens at Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, they take care of a situation such as immediately. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to provide feedback. Peace!
I had ordered 2 frozen drinks and they were horrible. They tasted like water. They do not have the spicy cream cheese for bagels any more. That alone was I would drive across town from work to go there. Well I will not be going back. The new Chippewa location which is by my house doesn’t even have bagels. Strike 3. So you’re out. Deleting my app and will no longer go here.

Ultimately, hands down, Caribou Coffee is my favorite. Everyone is always so friendly, and they're always making the best drinks ever. My favorite and highly recommend is the Turtle Mocha.
