I came into this Culver's for ice cream. The man who helped me was named Ryan. He has dark brown hair. I watched Ryan bust his butt off working order after order non stop, I don't know what he gets paid, but i know he deserves a raise, remaining very kind and patient to every customer. I saw how busy it was and waited patiently, however, i waited over 15 minutes for one strawberry cooler. I asked Kourtney with pink hair if it was on the way and she was very disrespectful to me and dismissed my question. I do not appreciate Kourtney, however, Ryan deserves way more than this culvers.

You spend $30+ and only give 1 sauce for an 8 piece chicken tender?? Dumb cheap and dishonest. UPDATE 9-7-25. Went there again ordered a bunch of stuff including chicken strips and asked for 2 dipping sauces and it was even on my receipt 2dipping sauces and i get home and there is only 1 dipping sauce. Screw this place. You are so cheap you cant even give what people ordered. WHAT ELSE ARE YOU DOING WITH THE FOOD??????? GARBAGE SERVICE.

i ordered a kids burger for my 6 year old and her burger had a whole layer of salt on the top. it wasn’t even edible. ended up throwing it away. probably won’t be returning.

I like to stop at Culver’s on my road trips! I’m from New York and we don’t have them there. The cheese curds are always a good add as well as the custard mix in. My husband’s double deluxe cheese butter burger was just what he needed to refuel during our 20-hour drive. We were greeted by a friendly associate who was patient with me asking lots of questions (because I don’t come here often!). Our food came out quickly and as we ordered it. The facility was clean, including the bathrooms. There was also ample parking in the lot. Overall, a nice experience.

I have to say hands-down this Culver’s on bracket Avenue has a manager named Tyler! I watched him interact with a lady who had an order and man. Did he take care of it perfect not only did he answer the phone and take care of everything I needed, but also Very personable. I have to say whoever hired this guy did a good job because Tyler you’re a good manager keep it up buddy.
