Ordered two medium concrete mixers, the topping were only mixed in on the very top of the cups, the other 2/3rd of the cups was just straight vanilla custard. Very unsatisfied and just not impressed.

Food was good like usual. Always hot and fresh. We always order a double deluxe meal, gluten free bun. We checked for the gluten free bun before we left because several times they have forgotten it since it comes in a separate bag, and got all the way home to find out they forgot the fries. 🙄 Its about a 50/50 getting the entire order right. But we still love Culvers. Guess we just need to take longer checking every bag. 🤣
Also, I noticed they a 30 cent credit for the bun you DONT GET; I dont recall that before. But the overall meal w/ GF bun price went up nearly $4.

I came into this Culver's for ice cream. The man who helped me was named Ryan. He has dark brown hair. I watched Ryan bust his butt off working order after order non stop, I don't know what he gets paid, but i know he deserves a raise, remaining very kind and patient to every customer. I saw how busy it was and waited patiently, however, i waited over 15 minutes for one strawberry cooler. I asked Kourtney with pink hair if it was on the way and she was very disrespectful to me and dismissed my question. I do not appreciate Kourtney, however, Ryan deserves way more than this culvers.

You spend $30+ and only give 1 sauce for an 8 piece chicken tender?? Dumb cheap and dishonest. UPDATE 9-7-25. Went there again ordered a bunch of stuff including chicken strips and asked for 2 dipping sauces and it was even on my receipt 2dipping sauces and i get home and there is only 1 dipping sauce. Screw this place. You are so cheap you cant even give what people ordered. WHAT ELSE ARE YOU DOING WITH THE FOOD??????? GARBAGE SERVICE.
