We also ordered some food which i did online but still had to wait like 15 minutes for 2 6 piece chix strip baskets with cheese curds. Never gave me cups for my drinks, people that came in after me where getting there food before me, employees just standing around giving blizzards to customers for free cuz they made the wrong ones they said but I was never offered one who was still waiting for my food. Watched the cook put my food up which sat there for about 5 minutes when 2 employees argued over making stuff for drive Thur So my food was cold the chicken was not cooked all the way threw very small pieces of chix and they don't no how to count cuz there was only 3 strips in each basket. When I tried to call no one answered .when I got threw the next day they hung up on me and didn't refund or fix anything

So I accidently pulled up very close to closing. The other location closed at 10 my whole life. Upon pulling up I have NEVER been greeted by a ruder employee. Larger dyed redhead lady probably in her 30s. She had the rudest tone and worst service I have EVER had. I understand I accidently pulled up close to close but it was an honest mistake. When we accidently handed her a card that declined, she couldn't even say it declined. Just kept saying in a snotty tone "$25" and we asked "what happened" her response "TWENTY. FIVE. DOLLARS".
Honestly wouldn't be surprised if she spit in my food

food was decent, but the atmosphere was very hostile. stephanie makes us not want to continue coming to this location due to her attitude every time we come here. she slammed the drive thru door shut when asking a question about the bill price & then flailed her arms. was extremely rude, when we were nothing but nice & just curious about the pricing.

Went through the drive through and ordered a value meal and a small blizzard. It took 32 minutes to get my meal. 2 cars were behind us. They were not busy at all. They offered us nothing for our experience. Food places are really going down hill...

The front cashier Stephanie was standing at the kitchen counter complaining about something when I walk in. As I stood at the counter looking at her waiting for service or acknowledge that I was there by saying something like we will be right there to help. Instead she looked right at me 3-4 times without even saying anything. Till the cook looked out the kitchen window and said they would be right there to help. Finally Steph. Walked over and took my order now that she was forced too.
Recommend firing this lazy and unprofessional employee.

Probably won’t be back, went in there the other day for a blizzard with my wife around 7pm. We got our blizzards went home, and they tasted horrible, very strange flavor for an Oreo and cookie dough blizzard. I’d question the potential of cleanliness there. Ended up throwing them away and I called them the following day to be pushed off for the general manager on the Sunday. Well I missed the time to call, called in Tuesday, and the manager tells me to come in. Believe her name was Milia, there was another lady there as well. I come in and they kind of have this odd demeanor, horrible customer service, and disregard. They then tell me they wouldn’t remake it and it’s something they mail coupons out for. Then why did you tell me to come in? Whole situation was a bamboozle, I won’t fret, DQ has to drop BOGO coupons for people to come in and experience crap atmosphere and service.

I came in with a group of friends. We wanted to order all small blizzard. She was in the middle of making one when she saw us, then when she finished she walked away after making eye contact with me and my friend next to me, and it kinda looked like she rolled her eyes. She did not say hi, how are you, or anything when she took our order. She was staring me down like I did something bad. The floor is super sticky. She seemed very annoyed. And I feel very very very unwelcome when coming into here. The order taker was Stephanie and very disappointed in our visit.

came with friends and the worker was very disrespectful seemed very annoyed and stared at us while we were standing there and walked away then finally came over and finally took our order. the place was sticky and just over all always bad customer service and very disappointing.i feel very unwelcome everytime i come wether it’s thru the drive thru or inside.

If I could I would 0 stars but anyway, I asked if they had blizzards and this employee Alyssa said we ran out of blizzards, I was like not a problem until I realized she was giving it to people around me. Alyssa disrespected me and my family because of my skin color. And to be honest, they need to be more hygienic. If you walk into the DQ and looked around on the floor, there was ketchup and some other condiments on the floor, and if you looked inside the station where they make the food, all the topping, fries and sauces were on the floor. It was horrid. They took a long time to make a simple shake, we ordered at 7:30 pm and my mother waited for about 15 minutes for 1 vanilla shake, while the people after us got their orders and soon as possible. We left at 8 pm from that DQ. 1 time buy from this horrible experience.

I was denied a blizzard because she said that they were all out. But I noticed later when I was waiting on my order that it was available and people were ordering through the drive through. I was taken by a shock as I wasn’t allowed to give my order because of color of my skin. This young lady’s name is Alyssa and I really wish my complain will be accounted for. Another thing is that their food station was incredibly dirty and the condiments were all over the floor.

Stopped on a busy Monday the seating area was packed and same with the drive though. Sam was great smiled friendly and great customer service definitely a 5 star employee for a 5 star review

First time bringing my family here and the place is filthy especially the kitchen floor , they have no music playing and the service was awful took forever to get our food , probably at least 20 minutes.. Also dead bugs all over the window sills ! So I had to go up to the counter 25 minutes later and our food was never cooking?? So now we’re waiting to eat. So UNPROFESSIONAL, so we will not be back . This place needs all new management and staff
