At the DQ in the mall, the manager was not working and was sitting down durning my whole experience, she was on her phone while another girl made all the orders and went into the back and still kept up.

Decent. Pricing is ok. If you want a sweet treat it's good.

Fries were under cooked.Burger was made wrong.Cheese curds were cooked too long and cheese exploded out so a lot of the curds were empty. The banana in my split was under ripe, hard and crunchy! Bun on burger was soggy. Total bust.

Worker doesn't understand what BOGO means. Refused to accept coupon from Julius League even though they advertise signing up for it. Employees clearly need better training. Drink mixed poorly and only 3/4 full on the cup.

Typical DQ. Workers were fine and served us quickly but not especially friendly. The Blizzard I usually get tasted off this time as if the brownie pieces were stale.

It was a nice treat to stop for a blizzard at the Dairy Queen at OakWood Mall. They do not have the capability of using the app features that some of the newer stores have just so you are aware if you want the app only specials. They do make great blizzards and they have been at the mall for many years, as long as I can remember. For a quick cone or shake or whatever you're in the mood for they are sure to satisfy your needs. Entrance is through the main entrance of the mall in the Cafe Court area so they are easy to find. Enjoy before a movie or while shopping, or anytime you visit Oakwood Mall.

You can never go wrong with dessert from DQ!

Don’t go here if you have allergies.I asked for a Blizzard and told the worker I have a nut allergy. He said “ok” and then they proceeded to make the Blizzard with the same mixer as their nut products without cleaning it at all.I asked for a refund and got one, but that is not acceptable. Its ok if you don’t have a dedicated nut-free blender and can’t accommodate allergies, but atleast tell customers you aren’t taking any precautions when they tell you they have an allergy so you don’t kill someone.

How are u an ice cream shop without chocolate? So ridiculous avoid

Waited in line for 20+ minutes for 4 blizzards. All 4 were melted and would never have passed the upside down test, which was never done. They were placed in a carrier with no lids and made a huge mess. One blizzard was drinkable it was so melted. Also, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it was missing cheesecake. Service and quality has been steadily declining at this location.

Nice stopped in for a cone.All good.
