We've been ordering 4pc chicken tenders lately, and basically every time for the last few months we've gotten 5 or more pieces instead. Works out in the customer's favor, but it always is too much for us to eat (hence ordering only the 4pc).

This has to do with ONLY the employees at the Birch St store.Well my Daughter and her fiancé ordered food online from the Eau Claire Birch Street site when they got there they said they had nothing in their name when my daughter had the proof of the purchase and the order number. the girl at the window said hold on. My daughter and her fiancé wait there 10 minutes in the drive-through And a guy comes to the window and starts screaming instantly at my kids, telling them that there’s nothing they’re gonna do about it and that they need to leave the property. ( I know it wasn’t. There’s nothing we can do about it. The man straight up said he wasn’t going to do anything about it and that they had to leave.) unfortunately, the police which I completely understand can’t do anything about it because it’s a civil matter but they still guided my kids in the right direction. This isn’t the first time this happened. It happened to me there once also. They didn’t scream at me but were extremely rude. I don’t think I or my daughter n fiancé have ever had a great or good experience with the employees there. You Pay for your food you should get your food. It’s that’s simple. A lot of the employees there are extremely rude and disrespectful and some down right nasty. They need to really clean up their crew.So the kids called a manager from another Dairy Queen in the area and the restaurant manager there gave the owners email for all the Dairy Queen’s in Eau Claire My daughter is literally 39 weeks pregnant and was craving her Dairy Queen. They spent a lot of money there in the last nine months they’ve gotten a lot of business from them. They should be a little more respectful.Kid-friendliness: Well, after the way, my child was treated and I’ve been treated there more than once. I won’t be going back there and I surely wouldn’t bring a child there. This is not on the owner. This is on the employees at that site. I wanna make sure everybody knows that I’m not complaining about Dairy Queen. I’m complaining about the employees at that site.

My husband and I went to get ice cream cones tonight. We do this every Saturday. I got a large he got a medium. We got childs cones. They were tiny and looked awful. What happened to the signature DQ cone? This location always disappoints us these last few years. We only picked this one because we had been at Woodmans. We won't be back. Ever.

I ordered chicken strips, with an additional order of cheese curds. I still got the full basket, & than my food was all combined together. I just thought maybe they'd yknow put the cheese curds in a small boat or something not like, with all of my food just thrown in there on top of each other.

I went to Dairy Queen on Birch St in Eau Claire, WI today around 5:30pm with a client I work for. There appeared to be one person in the back cooking food, possibly a manager, and 3 younger employees. there were only 2 other tables being used, and the drive thru was pretty slow. The garbage was over flowing, and we had no choice but to leave our garbage on top of the tray holder, every table was dirty, so i had to take napkins and clean our table the best I could. while we were eating the possible manager, and 3 younger workers all stood around and very loudly and clearly made remarks about being crazy, and going to the psych ward. very inappropriate conversation for my client to have to listen to when they have a mental health diagnosis. As I'm leaving, I need to grab ice cream cupcakes. the young boy tries to help me, but asks his manager for help to make sure he was doing it correctly, and the manager appeared to not appreciate having to teach his employee. As I left they were all just standing around talking. the food was good, and fresh, and the girl in the back with the blue hair seemed to be the only one doing their job. will probably not go back to this location ever.

It was nice.Kid-friendliness: The store front clerk was friendly to my child, and offered the option of having the ice cream that was included with my meal, with my food or after my meal.Parking: Close to the door parking, with shade.
