Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I was told that my bacon chessburger would come with toppings and it had none and ngl( not gonna lie) but they could've at least thrown it in the microwave so that it could've at least been hot! So i didn't get dessert because god only knows if it would've been cold or not! I'm not coming back unless they buy my next 3 meals! Duces!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Horrible service. Bunch of kids messing around for 15 minutes after I ordered ice cream for my girlfriend and I by the time they finally gave us our ice cream in the drive thru it was all completely melted dripping everywhere and the window girl dripped it all over the side of my car and when I asked for a new one she said “ no you can buy another one if you don’t like it”. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM ENTITLED KIDS

We got 4 large blizzards,1 oreo&3 cotton candy which we wait all year for! 2 of the cotton candy were not mixed well,3/4 of them were plain vanilla&top 1/4 was over powering of cotton candy pieces which made my teeth hurt. The more we get ice cream at this location the worse it gets.

My grandson and I ate here today I have always loved the different ice cream blizzards but the food not so much, the service was outstanding and prices very reasonable, I will always come here for blizzards, dilly bars, ice cream cakes but food not so much

Payton and Cadence were awesome. Me and my fiance came in for lunch and these two were super nice and professional. Payton took our order with a great attitude and Cadence delivered the hot food to our table with a big smile. Honestly, just the service alone would have me come back! Awesome work!

Tried to do the review on the website but it didnt work at all, didnt get a valid code on my receipt. Came here for dinner on a Sunday night and apparently the employees cannot multi-task, they cant take and make orders at the same time. Was standing at the register waiting to be helped for 10-15 minutes. Eventually someone, Stephanie, came up and didnt greet or look at anybody. Two minutes later the people behind us asked if she was taking orders and she said yes. Took her even more time to take the order. Took another 10-15 minutes to receive my food. Ice cream with the food was melted by this point. One younger looking employee was walking around pretending to work, every once in a while they made a blizzard, but kept wiping their nose with their hands. There were 4 employees working. Ive been here with one employee up front before on a Friday night and its gone faster than it was tonight. There are no shades on the windows so the sun was in my face while I was eating and I had to wear sunglasses when l ate and couldnt look at my date in the eyes. Overall not a good experience and l couldnt even get a free dilly bar out of it on the website
