First off they don’t sell maple donuts all the sudden like what… but second every time my fiancé or I go to to the drive through we wait for 15+ minutes to order even when there isn’t anyone in line.. and when we try to go in store they stand there talking instead of getting your order. Absolutely ridiculous!

I came here last week Saturday, a young man helped me and he was extremely kind! I can’t hear very well and was so patient with me and helped me through the menu. To top it off my drink was great! Such Great service!

I stop at the Dunkin’ on the west side of Eau Claire most Saturdays, and it’s consistently solid. The inside moves pretty quickly even when the drive-thru is packed at all hours of the day and also during the morning rush. The staff is always super friendly and efficient.
I appreciate all of the drink options, if I’m not feeling a latte and still want some caffeine. I enjoy the options of a healthy breakfast they have and they always come out hot and fresh. I also like that mobile orders are ready on time — super convenient when I’m in a hurry.
Overall, great location for a quick pick-me-up. Glad to have this spot on the west side!

Whoever the guy with shaggy hair is that works at this store needs a new job. Every single time i come here he is way too overwhelmed with the little bit of orders he has and the drinks are consistent wrong. Ordering ahead of time on the app and im still asked to wait when there is no one here! A macchiato with THREE extra shots shouldn't look like pure milk. Every. Single. Time.
