Speed of drive thru service is my only complaint. Employees are always kind, respectful and working to their best ability. Always very friendly. My very first 5 star review ever...
I should have known not to jinx my experience.... Not more than 4 months since my first review I've had "5" rough to horrible experiences at the Eastside EC location... Horrible servers that are short-- prefer to only take 1 or 2 item purchases more than three items and I've had to wait 10-12 minutes as they serve 4-5 other vehicles behind me. Giving up on this location and possibly the Westside as well!!! Would no longer recommend at all!!

Poor taste to drinks . Coffee tastes fake. Ordered 3 different types of coffee and none of use finished and threw coffee away. Donuts were not tasty and dry/hard. Server was down right rude and played on personal phone before taking order.

I’ve been here 3 times since moving to Wisconsin and haven’t had an issue , today apparently was not a good day 8/03/24 @11:06am . The girl in the drive thru window was very rude and short probably not someone who should work the window . I get not everyone is in a good mood or may have many things going on in life .Food for thought!!?! ……so does the rest of the world , your not the only one .

Did a mobile order and got everything I ordered. I had to try the churro items they had available. Everything tasted amazing and I could tell it was fresh. Iced coffee was so good it didn't last long!
Hot food had no taste no flavor. Pretty gross for $15.
