Not sure if it's new management or what but the last few weeks has been terrible service and the regular black coffee has been room temperature at best no matter what time of day you go there . and I go here at least once daily , sure hope they fix what's going on

put in an online order for coffee, food & abunch of donuts to be ready at 8:30, showed up at 8:24 & my large iced coffee looked like this, literally half full (someone else picked it up so they didn’t know to correct it) but WTFFF

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and I treat myself to it almost every day because I need to eat with my medicine in the mornings, but almost everyday I come here, my order is messed up, and today I went through the drive through and a worker got upset saying “ I hate when customers order so many extras with there drinks! I have to add vanilla , and caramel , and a whole vanilla bean just to make there drink! And then it took them along time to just bring out a bagel , and because of the day before them messing up my bagel with plain cream cheese, they added strawberry, I checked my bag before leaving this time and my bagel was burnt, like black bagel, I went in and asked for a manager and they didn’t seem like this was a issue, and gave me $8 refund. I love Dunkin but I don't suggest going to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

I put in a mobile order and when I came no one was at the microphone. So I pulled up to the window and again nobody was there, then a brunette girl came up in sight of the window and laughed with a co worker while ignoring me at the window. Me and the other person in the car were confused and checked to see if they were closed only to see that they closed like 3 minutes prior and instead of telling us “hey we can’t serve you, your too late we’re closed” they ignored us and played in our faces. It’s one thing to be kind and say “hey sorry we’re closed” but she was incredibly rude and showed such disgusting behavior. Not angry just disappointed that a worker chose to act so disrespectful. Could have all been avoided.

Got the Easter bucket with 50 munchkins. I asked if they had the jelly ones. Was told very rudely “they are not popular here”
Gave bucket and munchkins to a coworker as a farewell gift to share. Everyone that had one or two said they were old and dried out.
Needless to say I will not go back there

The workers are incredibly rude and never want to work. Every-time I go to the location, they are never pleasant.

I waited over a half hour for my order while they kept helping new drive-thru orders. After 20 minutes I went to the counter and asked if they would make my order. She told me I would just have to wait. I told her that me and several other customers had been there for over 20 minutes and they keep helping new customers in the drive-thru. She just walked away. After a half hour I went back to the counter and asked if they would make my order again. She told me it was going to be a while and I asked if I could speak to a manager or if she could tell me when they would be available to be spoken to. She told me I wasn't going to do that and if I didn't leave she would call the police on me. Over six customers in the lobby walked out without being helped during that time. The manager on duty at this location at 9:00 A.M., on February 11th, should be fired.
