Ordered through Grubhub. My chai latte was coffee with chai syrup, not what I ordered. The iced chai was not chai. Don't even know what that was. The iced vanilla latte had no vanilla in it. The munchkins were stale and tasted like there were rotten. Only thing that was decent-ish was the has browns and the soggy cold hashbrowns. Grubhub only always for a refund on one item.

Terrible customer service. Walked inside to pick up a mobile order, waited for 20 minutes. Had 5 employees walk right past me, look me in my eyes and continue by. Not a word, looking at me but not speaking a word, acting like I wasn't even there. It takes two seconds to ask a customer what they need, and tell them it'll be right up.
So I walked out, went through the drive thru and was able to get my order in less than two minutes. I'll never step foot inside this establishment again; always select drive thru mobile order otherwise the employees won't acknowledge your existence.
Coffee was pretty good, but hash browns were soggy and the bagel was pretty stale. Good price for the meal deal though. Donuts also good but they put it upside down in the bag so the frosting got smeared.

Every time I go I get a strawberry refresher with green tea. I swear they don't know how to make a drink. It tastes like green tea every time. They need to retrain their staff on how to make drinks or something.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and I treat myself to it almost every day because I need to eat with my medicine in the mornings, but almost everyday I come here, my order is messed up, and today I went through the drive through and a worker got upset saying “ I hate when customers order so many extras with there drinks! I have to add vanilla , and caramel , and a whole vanilla bean just to make there drink! And then it took them along time to just bring out a bagel , and because of the day before them messing up my bagel with plain cream cheese, they added strawberry, I checked my bag before leaving this time and my bagel was burnt, like black bagel, I went in and asked for a manager and they didn’t seem like this was a issue, and gave me $8 refund. I love Dunkin but I don't suggest going to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

I put in a mobile order and when I came no one was at the microphone. So I pulled up to the window and again nobody was there, then a brunette girl came up in sight of the window and laughed with a co worker while ignoring me at the window. Me and the other person in the car were confused and checked to see if they were closed only to see that they closed like 3 minutes prior and instead of telling us “hey we can’t serve you, your too late we’re closed” they ignored us and played in our faces. It’s one thing to be kind and say “hey sorry we’re closed” but she was incredibly rude and showed such disgusting behavior. Not angry just disappointed that a worker chose to act so disrespectful. Could have all been avoided.
